Delivery service has become completely unreliable. Up to an hour late 5 deliveries in a row. Instacart is always on time from other stores like Wegmans, Price Chopper, market 32. Stop and Shop does not seem to care to respond to customer requests for an explanation.

Always missing items their customer service team are really no help. The charge whatever card you have on file instead of reaching out.
