I brought my car for a bad long large scratch on the rear door of the driver side. I assumed that the door has to be painted. Paul got his staff to buffed it instead and the door looks great. The nice surprise is that he did not charge me for the work.This shop has always delivered great service and quality work. They are honest and professional. They will only do what is needed and necessary for the car.I highly recommend Paul's Auto body.

Stopped by to get my taillight fixed. The light was cracked, the surrounding area dented, and I had bought the part online. I stopped by, left my car overnight and boom, good as new. He fixed the dent and installed the new light. Paul seems like a good hearted guy and trustworthy. I'll be returning next time I need to and will tell all my friends about him.

Got the full detail package and wasn’t happy with the result. Talked to Paul and his detailer ahead of time to confirm what would be included and noticed many things were not done as promised:1) layer of dust/debris as well as white marks were left inside the entire front of the car (was told by the detailer that this was because the garage was dirty and it all blew in after detailing);2) trunk wasn’t touched inside or out (including the water spots that were supposed to be removed);3)despite it being empty; armrest wasn’t touched (despite having almost being empty);4) leather seats were not cleaned or conditioned;5) windows inside still had streaks everywhere;6) carpet was not shampooed;7) debris between seats not vacuumed; vents had layer of dust.8) I also have reason to doubt that the car was not hand washed, clay bar treated, waxed or polished as promised. Would not be surprised if they use the $9 car wash next door.Overall the car did not have the patina or scent or even basic cleanliness of a freshly detailed car, which I don’t think is an unreasonable expectation given that I paid $170.It was so frustrating that I had to go over the car myself with basic materials to get the car looking clean.

I really can't comment on their work yet but I can tell you their communication with work pending is unacceptable. They have my truck for 5 weeks now and nobody touch it. I would call and come by to check on it, and I just get the run around. I told Paul I need my truck for an event,, and he said it will be ready but it wasn't. Unreliable shop I have to say.. I will check on it one last time. If not done I will be taking my truck back today. Thanks for nothing.

I spend 16.00 that wash my truck it was okay in was worse windows where all strikes inthe inside. I had to clean them again

I took my 2010 Ford Explorer to Paul's 6 weeks ago for some really rusted rocker panels. When I finally got it back I very satisfied with the work they have done. I would recommend this shop for any auto body repair. Even though it took a while but in the long run, it was worth it. Plus, Paul and his staff was very friendly as well.

I dropped my Audi A4 that got hit on the passenger side off on a Monday, Paul said it would be ready on Friday. As a guy that works in a similar field I figured in a buffer time but sure enough it was ready mid day Friday for the same price that was quoted. Would recommend to anyone.Services: Body & Trim
