They charge tax for regular food items like groceries food cookies soda ice tea gum…I know there is a tax for fast food like pizzas subs salads but not for groceries food , also most of items don’t have expiration date or very difficult to read it like bread or cookies or dunuts …

Don't get Specialty coffee drinks at the cafe. Nobody there knows how to make anything so unless you want to wait 15 min while they figure it out don't bother

Clean and brand new gas station. Nicer and better than Cumberlands. Friendly and happy workers. I always like to see people in a good mood at work (cheerfulness is infectious). I was very surprised by the food! I would get the chicken, jalapeño poppers, and ravioli again! Drinks look cool!
I can't believe I'm saying this about a gas station lol.

Saw the ad for the free drink with a purchase of $40 or more for gas so I did. Could not print a receipt from the pump, it said please see cashier. I go in and there is a girl at check out talking one gentleman paying with his phone and another in line waiting so I decided to get my drink hoping that the line would die down in that time. I got my large fountain drink and waited behind both gentleman while a manager was also behind the line talking to the check out clerk. She. Ever processed his payment and the other patron in line had the same issue using a phone with no battery life to pay a bill. She never one time gave me any eye contact or said a word to me neither did the owner. Do not make purchases from this unprofessional place of business. Everyone needs to learn customer service. I will never be back for any reason and I will tell everyone in Quincy not to come here.

A nice place, but with some terrible staff. I don't know why their management is getting worse and worse. I used to be happy for this supermarket. Someone who claims to be in charge doesn't know anything about it, even allowing a non-employee to make a scene and drive away a client because that non-employee is her son.

today i went to the store bought keno ticket，the lady work at the front over，she say she was supervisor over ther，she dont ever know how to use the keno machine to get my ticket wrong and i ask her to cancel it and she say no and very unperfectional over there. how can she become the supervisor over there？i am royalty customer and come to the store everyweek to buy keno and food、gas and drink. its my first time i feel very unset about it

My father bought a chicken sandwich today for lunch. The chicken was dangerously and disgustingly raw. My father currently has stage 4 cancer and this was his TREAT of the week, such a shame. Not to mention with his current health status a food contamination illness, such as salmonella could be deadly. The responsibility to your customers to provide quality food is one thing, but SAFE food must be ensured. There is food and safety protocols that ensure this doesn't happen in place by your license to run this establishment that are clearly being ignored. I hope it isn't someone's life that helps them understand why those protocols and trainings are in place when serving food to the public. On a positive note, I immediately called when realizing my already ill father ate half of a raw chicken breast between two pieces of bread. I spoke to a woman and she was remorseful and kind regarding the situation. My sister and father returned the sandwich and received the cost of the sandwich back and apparently was told it was a mistake by the cook. Though she was kind and they returned our money, I still unfortunately have to provide this review as a mistake like this could be life threatening and should not happen. God bless this establishment and I pray for the health and wellness of your future customers!

If you looking for a good spot to fill up your car, that's a good place! You can save de money! And the best part for me is the convenience store, so many different options of snacks, good meal and the guys definitely is the best part! Specially Fifi, she always smile and genuine kind of the costumers, like me. E for that's reasons I truly recommend!

So many great things to say about Neon in Quincy! We love coming here, and we're regulars. We stop by for coffee in the morning and take the kids in for regular treats (we especially love the fries and chicken on the dollar menu!!). The best thing about Neon is the people who work there - they recognize us immediately and always say hi and chat. I have to give a special shout-out to Fifi! She is absolutely delightful and just so friendly and funny! Seeing her always brightens my day, and I always look forward to her big smile and joyful greeting. This store is such a gem!

This place is a welcome addition to Quincy. Alongside the ample amount of gas pumps and easy parking, the staff are always trying to be helpful and welcoming. Fifi is usually working when I come in and her professionalism and customer service make every stop easy and fun!

I never had trouble filling my tires anywhere but when I came to this place it didn’t workIn fact it took all my air out of the tire because the nozzle was broken. Have been watching people do the same thing for about ten minutesLeft me with a flat tire and nothing to do about it.Thank you neon for making me late

Neon is a solid spot, go there every day for a snack break, good selection and JeanMarie is the best! She was there all by herself and she still was over the top helpful! Definitely the best gas station

The best supervisor Fifi, she gives good customer service, she is always attentive and everything she does there is always something really nice that we are happy with her work.
