Jimmy is such a wonderful host. He gave me such a warm welcome and the friendliest service, going out of his way to make sure my car was attended to fast! And I saw him do that with every one. The quotes were also the most reasonable. I definitely found a great place for my car service!

I called this place in dire need of a tire service to fix my flat, and they said they were fully booked for the day but the nice manager Jimmy squeezed me in anyway. They were super quick, friendly, and did a great job! I’d definitely come again

Jimmy is awesome! He used to fix my car in Medford but now moved to Quincy Monro. I drove all the way from Medford to Quincy and Jimmy inspected my car quickly and gave me some really good suggestions.

I love this place. Great customer service and good workers. They work on time and are honest people. They also help you the best they can to give you the best prices. I'm glad they also had a worker who speaks Spanish. My English is not that good and he was there to help me. I recommend this place to my friends and anyone who wants to get the job done right.

I used to use this location a long time ago because it was close to my house, but after the last few experiences, I stopped going there. Upon reading the new reviews about the new management and better service, I decided to give it another try and I'm glad I did, thank you Monro so I don't have to travel too far from my car service anymore!

It really is blessing when you feel like you trust your auto servicer, Jimmy was so kind, personable, professional, and helpful. He went above and beyond to get us what we needed in a price range that we could afford, I’m so thankful. I also have to thank the guys in the back, they were so quick, and finished our tire change and alignment faster than we ever had it done before . It was truly a pleasure doing business this with them.

I used to go to Monro in Medford for all my car needs. After I heard Jimmy moved to the Quincy location, I scheduled my oil change there. Same Jimmy, same experience as before! Will continue to come here for my oil changes, etc.

The new advisor in charge this place is not there to provide services to customers. He’s there to discriminate.i get there at 5:55 for an emergency flat tired he closed on me he doesn’t provide the services to me. Sylvain tired is better than that place don’t come there
