“Nice service here. The people are really nice and always wanting to help, especially the lady at the cash register. I told her I couldn't find the gaiter type of masks. "Can I get someone to help you?" she asked. They have masks, just not the gaiter type (at least not that day). I like the gaiters because regular mask strings hurt my ears after an hour or so. Also gaiters are easy to pull up and down, and hard to forget once around your neck”

“I came in here originally to get a bank check. I called Citizens beforehand to make sure I didn't have to have an account to get a check. I NEEDED to get it that day at around 6pm. There was no leeway to get the check another day. When I arrived at this branch, they teller told me that I was misinformed and they could not issue a bank check to me if I didn't have a Citizens account. Needless to say, I was pretty pissed. My bank was closed and I needed to give a down payment to a realtor the next morning to hold the place I wanted. After some coaxing from Amanda (Senior Banker) and Shimian (Universal Personal Banker), I decided to just open the account - and get the bank check. I wasn't going to keep the account open until I spoke to these nice ladies for a while. They were so accommodating and were quick to explain the benefits of keeping the account open. I watched Amanda as customers came through the line, knowing multiple customers by name. These two bankers kept their friendly and accommodating attitudes throughout each and every customer. I would hire these ladies in a heartbeat. To take a pissed off customer, have them leave happy - AND open an account .. is something that I believe should be recognized.”

“I have been to this location a few times since it first opened back in 2019 taking over the space in the strip mall on Granite Street that Rite Aid used to occupy. The last time I was in the store I had a pretty good experience. I was there to buy beauty products and they had most of what I was looking for. And the prices were not too bad. The store was well maintained and clean. It is set up a little different than the other drugstore that used to be there but it is easy to navigate the store and there are usually plenty of store staff members who you can ask to direct you to what you are looking to buy. They have most everything you'd see in any other Walgreens and the shelves are fronted and faced very neatly with an excellent product variety. Whoever does the ordering here does a pretty good job. Up at the registers the cashiers are always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend shopping here.”

“I have to share this with others, I love the Flower Shop area in Star Market, there is a young lady there who made a beautiful arraignment for me last week, she did a beautiful job, and I wish I took her number to let her supervisor that all the ladies that are working in the department are very pleasant, but this young lady has a lot of knowledge on the flower department, sometime people give negative complaints , but I give this young lady nice complements because She knows what she is doing and people like me appreciate when we we see the effort others show, and represent there company.”

Today I got my latest car back after my mechanic Sam fixed it up. Sam is amazing. He knows I know something about auto mechanics, so he is careful to show me EXACTLY what he found and why he made the decisions he did. And I think Sam is brilliant. THE BEST MECHANIC I have ever known. I don't understand how anybody could be unhappy with this place. Sam takes the time to teach me. I know, most folks don't want to be taught - they just want the mechanic to fix their car and be done. But to me, this is major shortsighted.
