“A five-star customer service. I called in on June 18, 2024 to discontinue my landline service because nowadays I do not use the line so frequently. The process was complete in less than five minutes. A refund was issued in the same day. It is much better than dealing with ******* where a refund was released at least a month later. Note that if you have service for more than a year, you cannot return the equipments for refund. I would do business with CP again.”

I wanted a white phone which they did not have in stock but Nick was able to personally go to another Verizon store to get me the white phone. Despite the late hour, the technician kindly let me in, finished up his other work, and then took the time to review my phone.
