Do not go to this store, they have horrible customer service, if you go believe me you will regret. I was there for 2 hours before someone asked me what I wanted to do. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

A employee named POLY had terrible customer service and treated my children and I like we were garbage. Disregared my politeness and was super rude , assuming and not letting me explain what I needed. She told me I could not get what I needed here , then after being told I called and asked she then called her manager and proceeded to be rude , didn't apologize and told me to wait for her Manger he was bringing Sim cards because hers didn't work . 2 separate couples came in after us and got treated with great respect, smiling ,engaging and happy to help. I don't appreciate the discrimination my family and I received from POLY. She should not have a job if she's going to pick and choose who she treats with respect. We are all going through stuff the other does not know about. Therfore we should be kind to one another.

If I could I would put no stars. Y'all are taken people money and playing games. My advice try a different phone store anything better then metro pcs. Still waiting on them to change how they handle costumers service when it comes to them scamming people people the mobile Hotspot that adds like 100 dollars or more to my phone bill.

I am terribly disappointed with this store. I initially went in at about 4pm on a Sunday. My phone had just stopped workingAnd I was in the middle of something that required phone access. I went in and explained my situation the girl in there was initially extra helpful and appeared to be understanding and wanted to help. I took her advice and went to a store (cricket) down the street I explained to her I hate cricket but understood she was trying to buy me sometime toCome back to metro and get their new customer advances. I told her I’d be back or most likelyWould be back prior to closing because I preferred going back to metro. Knowing I was phoneless and on a timeCrunch - it being Sunday and all I flew back toThisMetro location and walked in the door at 4:52 only for the same girl that seemed so helpful the same girl I explained myMessed up situation to, to tell me it was too late and to try another time. I am without a phone. I cannot even set an alarm on a device to wake up for work in theMorning. Yes I understand they close T 5 but we all know it takes less than 10’mins to activate new device because I was so persistent on going back to metro I was taking a loss and going back to android instead of iPhone all to just have metro as my provider. I’m disgusted. I’m without a phone it’s 2022 we all know what. Set back that is but you could not give me 5 mins to set up a phone for me to keep a customer happy and get. Great review instead of this review. I’m beyond disappointed and extra disgusted. I won’t have any family and friends do business at this location going forward and maybe not with metroAt all. Considering I chose to come back to metro over all other companies I extra disappointed with this entire experience! (See the pictureIt’s now 5:05 and their still allowing customers in and have their lights on .... ??♀️ SMH!!!!!)

Lorena at this store helped me twice know, my son dropped my phone at zoo today,smashed screen, couldn't find the original password so I was done until I went back to Lorena AGAIN,the best in the business.... Highly recommend

Do not go to metro PCs in Quincy Center!! The manager takes your phone and while you think she’s helping you, she actually goes into your google account and adds a 5 star review to herself. Not only is this a lie, but it’s a violation of privacy! Lorena you have been reported!!!!

WORST METRO YOU CAN GO TO. THE MANAGER WILL TAKE YOUR PHONE AND WRITE FAKE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE TO MAKE THE STORE LOOK GOOD. THEY WILL SELL THINGS TO YOU WITHOUT YOU EVEN KNOWING.NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
