Mitch and Brianna were amazing to work with. They were both so patient with us and explained everything in a way that we could understand. They did not get frustrated when we would ask the same question in different ways over and over again. You can tell that they know what they are doing and that they love doing their job. They would call or email with updates even when we were in the lull of needing things done. When it came to getting to the finish line, they were right there with us and guiding us every single step of the way. They were prompt with their timing and getting information to us. We could not have asked for a more personalized and better experience for buying our first home.

Jack was a referral, and I initially took his first time home buyer free webinar. It was a great intro to meeting him, learning about the process and beginning the relationship to move forward with him for our mortgage.
Throughout the entire process Jack was positive, realistic, made things simple terms to understand, and was always on time for our conference calls. Both Jack and Christina have great communication and are always fast to respond when I had a question! Thanks to the amazing work of Brianna Villanueva, my husband and I are officially going to be homeowners by the end of May!! Bri took such great care of us throughout this journey. She took extra time to teach me about the mortgage process - no question was too big or small. She is speedy in her responses and on-top of all communications. Bri really made this process so smooth and easy for me and my family by explaining policies, deadlines, and which documents we needed to supply. She was also very nice, professional, and a great team player with our relator. If I could recommend Sebastian Bilentschuk a million times I would. As a first time home buyer, this process can feel scary but Sebastian and his team (Mitch, Amanda) were amazing! They helped me through every step of the road and were very knowledgeable. They kept me in the loop everyday and helped me through everything. Sebastian is here to help you and you feel that. He worked overtime and on weekends to make closing happen. Finding a home was more stressful than the entire mortgage process. Choose MBA Mortgage and you will not regret it!

In 2024, we used MBA Mortgage for the fourth time: twice to secure a loan and twice to refinance. Excellent service at all times. I was pleased with how Kristen Rehs provided weekly, easy-to-read updates re: the progress of our loan. And when these interest rates drop, we'll use MBA Mortgage again to refinance.

I definitely recommend MBA Mortgage. They were extremely quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. Shawn was not only quick to respond to our questions, he was also very thorough in explaining the different factors throughout the process. Kristen held our hand throughout the whole process making sure we had all of our documents in order. We had a great experience overall and are so grateful for their help, especially as first time home buyers!
