I have had this CX5 for less than 2 years less than 16,000 miles on it and the rotors on the break are completely rusted! I had a Corolla for 10 years never had this issue before. Brought it to the dealer quirk Mazda in Quincy MA and they refuse to take accountability that this vehicle should not be having these issues and and The service manager Kimberly Mulrey was nasty condescending and rude. When I told her how dissatisfied I was she proceeded to tell me to go to a different dealer that they are independently owned and she was refusing to service me.The service department is corrupt and gave me an used tire as a replacement yet charged me for a new one. I saw online so many people with the same issue with this vehicle and seems like the dealers do nothing but lie to people thieves and scammers avoid like plague. If you buy a car from here you WILL regret it!

Watch these guys. Dan Quirk and his bunch of thieves advertise one thing and then change it around once you get there. They will talk on the phone if they feel that you can outsmart them they put you on hold and never get back on,letting you sit there waiting for them. It is sad that they can get away with this but it is what it is. All they need is a straw hat and a cane with the hook on the end to lure you into their dealerships.

Great car buying experience! I went in with a plan and they worked with me to get the exact model I was looking for at the price I wanted! I ended up working with Rachel and Josh. Overall an experience I can recommend to anyone looking for a sale and reliable vehicle.

Absolute worst experience!!!!! was working with Anthony Valdez and thought things were good. Asked a clarifying question and figured out he was being shady & not providing the whole truth. When I pushed back he immediately got nasty. He proceeded to raise his voice call me stupid , tell me to get out & stop wasting his time. I then asked for a manager and he said he was one yet his business card says ambassador. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was disgusting. Seriously disappointed in the other employees who did nothing to help.

First time buying a Mazda and not a good experience At Quirk. Issue with hesitation accelerating is apparently a known with the CX5. Car is 3 months old, 300 miles on it and paint is chipping, also a known with the red paint according to internet. Took 2 weeks to get the paperwork done and no feedback from sales manager. Said he'd been trying to reach me but no email and no phone messages. During test drive the car I was considering was suddenly sold and the red one was available. Finally, after about 45 minutes waiting to pick the car up, very little discussion about the instruments etc. Kevin did take time to ask me to only give the highest evaluation or he'd be penalized. First and last time with this dealer.

Severely disappointed with the overall experience. My girlfriend and I purchased a mazda car on 2/8 at the Quincy location and were told that it will be ready to pick up on Friday. Until Saturday there was no update until we reached out to Kevin directly who was our representative when purchasing the car that it will be ready Monday after 5pm. When we arrived on Monday after 5pm we were then told that they could not release the car to us due to the insurance not providing the stamped documents to them. They basically told us to come back but the fact was we made a trip all the way to Quincy excited for the new car. We immediately called our insurance to hear that they misspelled the name on the document and sent it back to Mazda dealership at 12pm. What we were frustrated about was that there was no form of communication that the car will not be ready for us to pick up that day or even the fact that they did not follow up when our insurance sent it back to them. Rachel was trying to explain the situation and I understand maybe it wasn't her fault but they were no help. Extremely disappointed. Also want to mention that Kevin forgot to give us back our license and didn't even bother to contact us about it until we called him the next day.

Usually going to car dealership is not the most fun place to be but these guys are awesome, especially Kim! The place is super clean and spacious. There is plenty of seating and places to do your work if you have a laptop. Water bottles and coffee are even offered. It's the little things that matters! If they offer snacks would be even better lol I was very impressed with the video diagnosis that they sent you by text. It makes a huge difference when you are just looking at a piece of paper with the list of repairs and actually seeing for yourself which parts needs to be replaced. I had some issues with my transmission and Kim confirmed it was under warranty which I didn't know about. I bought my car here 10 years ago and glad to know that some things are still covered! Once they knew my repairs may take a while they immediately put me in a free brand new CX5 rental. They send updates by txt msgs which works way better than playing phone tag. I've tried going to a few other service places to save some money but they don't always do the greatest job. Glad I came back here and could not be more thrilled. I'm actually really digging the rental and may consider buying it (I know they did this on purpose!)

Still my favorite place on the planet. I feel like I get great service every time. This time though, I was a bit disappointed...the tech recommended a few services on his video that, I didn't watch until after I left, and my advisor never mentioned. They should just make sure you've seen the recommended services.

Rude staff/sales people. Encountered 4 separate individuals and not a single one provided eye contact or any attempt at a greeting. We won't be purchasing a new vehicle here.

I had a great experience with Victor. He really went above and beyond. I was able to get the car I wanted below my desired monthly price. Sully and Nami were also very helpful when I came to pick up my car a few days later. Highly recommend.

I purchased a 2017 Mazda CX-5 from this dealership at the end of September 2020. I began to have issues with my BSM system where it would turn off and stop working with NO WARNING while I was driving on the highway almost daily. In November 2020, I brought the car back to be fixed under warranty. The car was brought to them on 4 different occasions between November and January and they eventually blamed my after market remote car starter that was installed AFTER the issue began. They told me that they could remove my remote car starter to see if that was causing the issue (even though it was well documented that the BSM malfunction started BEFORE the remote car starter was installed) but would they not replace it nor reinstall it even if was determined that it was not causing the issue with the BSM. I said no initially because I realized that I would be at a loss either way with no sufficient replacement for my remote starter. I eventually went back to the company who installed the remote starter and had it disconnected as asked by the dealership on the 4th visit and the issue continued to persist. I eventually turned to a lawyer as a last stitch effort to aid in resolving my issue with this dealership. After calling multiple Mazda dealerships to inquire on if an after market remote car starter would cause and issue with my BSM system (in which they stated no) and with my lawyers advice, I bought my car to a different dealership in May 2021 and the issue with the BSM system was identified and repaired in under 1 HOUR with the after market remote starter being reinstalled by the original company and functional. With the system repaired and working properly, I did not continue to pursue legal action. This company does not value their customers and instead tries to place blame to avoid taking responsibility. I put my faith and trust into this company to fix an issue time and time again and instead was left with aggravation and time wasted as well as a failing safety system that put my safety at risk. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and will never do business with them again. From the front desk staff to upper management my whole experience was very distasteful.

Best sales and service experience ever! Quirk Mazda knows how to deliver a top rated sales and service experience. I leased my new car earlier in the pandemic and they made my entire transaction online and seamless! All I had to do was drive to the dealership and pick up my new car! Impressive experience. Today, Kim in the service department, delivered an amazing experience for taking care of a brake issue that surfaced on my new car. After being given the runaround by another Mazda dealership that is closer to my home, Kim had me come in immediately and in less than 2 hours my issue was fixed! Another seamless experience. Thank you Quirk Mazda and thank you Kim in the service department for taking care of a customer like a business should! If you're looking for a new Mazda, give Quirk a chance!
