Very interesting that this one associate gets great reviews. It started off good with some knowledge on the products, but they lay you down on the most expensive mattress to start. Then it gets very salesy. Do not mention you like any of their pillows bc they’ll pretend that they’re hooking you up in price , but won’t mention there’s no trial period and you can’t return them. $200 dollar pillow and you can’t try them and return them? ALSO when I went in all the lights were all off. Was informed that they were working on the lights, but magically when I wanted to cancel my order the lights were able to turn on. I’d go into a mattress store to test out what you like and just buy it online to remove the hassle of pushy sales people.

Very easy to get a nice bed at a good price. The sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful. They remember every detail. My family and i have been a customer at this location for a long time and each time I have gone in for a mattress I always leave happy.

Great experience, got a good deal on a queen foam mattress in a box. Ordered over the phone a few days ahead of time, convenient to pick up and bring to my son's apartment for Move in day. Both workers I spoke with were super helpful.
