This is a great place to go to get jewelry fixed. Good customer service, easy to work with, and good turn around time. It was about 2 weeks to get back but their prices were reasonable as well. I will back in the future for repairs.

I needed rings resized after an injury to my knuckle- they did an excellent job couldn’t tell where the pieces were added now rings fit beautifully, also very quick turnaround.

Went in to get my engagement ring resized, and they quoted me at literally less than half the price of other jewelers in the area ($40 vs $85!!) as well as less than half the turnaround time (2-4 days vs 1-2 weeks). They did a fantastic job and were very kind, and I got my ring 2 days after I dropped it off. Thank you so much!!!

My family goes here for all jewelry needs. Recently we got a pendant necklace for my sister with her new baby’s initial engraved on the pendant. They had a wide variety of pendant sizes, both silver and gold. These types of necklaces are incredible popular on instagram thru various online shops. I am so glad we got it here so we could see all of the different sizes and pick the best one for us, and the font for the initial. And in the future if there’s any issues- like when the baby will inevitable rip the chain off her neck- we can come back for an easy fix!

DO NOT Go There they are very unreliable and rude and extremely unprofessionalI had a ring reset and was told after I could bring in for cleaning/ polishing any time as I told them I work with my hands and chemicals.I have gone aprrox 4 times and had it cleaned and polished which took approx 5-10 min at most.I’m leaving for destination wedding and went in to have it done I’m told to leave it and come back in 2 days. I was absolutely stunned and Frank was rude while the other brother I worked with sat there trying to act like he didn’t know who I was.Called to say how unhappy I was and hope horrible there service is again Frank was rude and condescending and hung up on meQuincy people go to someone with better work ethic and service skillsTO ALL my client please don’t go there give your business to a small business who values their clients
