Tracy didn’t file our taxes (March 19th was initial appointment. She needed to “figure out our tax issue” and on April 9th we signed and “Filed”. It is April 23rd now we are late even though she assured us everything was completed. Working with full time office to solve the issue. Thanks Tracy

Worked with Tracy at this location. She is a “master tax specialist” but had to research information she should have known about. We signed our taxes on 3/18 and just found out they never filed them.

H&R Block has prepared my tax returns since the '90s (at the downtown Quincy location since 2006), and I highly recommend them. It's been a great timesaver, and moreover gives me confidence that the results will be accurate, and that I'll get the best possible outcome.

They will screen your call if they screw up. My agent sent my check to the wrong address. I told the receptionist and she said I would get a call back, it never happened. No one seems to want to pick up my calls anymore.

Okay was talked into getting the emerald card, do not take it. They will say its as good as cash! No fee to use! Well you will lose money every time you swipe, $3.25 on a regular store transaction, then 6.50 evertime you use an atm. They will target people who are desperate at the time. Mostly targeting the poor, and if you say you dont have the money on hand, they will push you even harder! Do not fall victim to these government backed scammers.

I was a customer with TurboTax for seven years, I am no longer thanks to Joseph and the H\\u0026R Block team. From the moment I arrived I was treated courteously, and after a few moments I began working with Joseph. He listed to all of my concerns, and walked me through the process. His professionalism and dedication are to be lauded, my tax return was worked over with a high attention to detail. Joseph answered all of my questions, provided great tips, and created a pleasant environment to be in. I will be utilizing their services from now on.
