My husband got me a beautiful arrangement from Holbrow for our anniversary. It truly was stunning, he asked them to use colors and flowers that were in my bridal bouquet and they nailed it. However, it barely lasted three days! The hydrangeas were droopy the very next morning and by the next day all the roses had collapsed. Third day, everything was dead. So disappointing! Their flowers are definitely not fresh. I called to speak to a manager or owner and the woman who answered the phone told me that she was out making deliveries and wouldn't be back until 5. Well, they close at 5. ? She didn't even offer to take a message or ask if there was a way she could help. Awful customer service. Order your flowers someplace else!

Ordered flowers for a Funeral. The flowers and sentiment card were an absolute JOKE! Spent $150 for a pitiful arrangement and card was written by hand in some chicken scratch I had difficulty reading. They could not even be bothered to use good penmanship. Lack of care, Lack of compassion, Lack of Professionalism and price gauging their customer. I'm so disgusting in this Florist.

WOW! This place is legit the best. I ordered my nanny and sister flowers and they were very attentive to the colors and style I was hoping for and even worked within my budget! I LOVE THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. Thank you Patty

We have used Holbrows Flowers for the past five years, sent several arrangements and have been extremely pleased every time with their service and quality. The flowers are fresh, and the arrangements often exceed expectations from the photo! Every notecard is beautifully handwritten and letter perfect! These guys are true professionals who value the customer as much as the quality of their service.

I have received flowers many times from this flower shop. I love that they are a local, small business. Their flowers and arrangements are beautiful. The team at Holbrows goes the extra mile to make sure that the flowers are delivered with care, on time, and that the recipient is home. So I showed up at the florist in a panic because traffic was bad and I had a 1st date later that evening and of course I was running late. My date and I were going to my friends art show and I wanted to bring her flowers. They made the arrangement and when I went to pay I realized I did not have my debit card. Without blinking an eye, and despite they were crazy busy preparing for a wedding..... They told me to be on my way and they trusted me to make good soon. THAT IS HOW YOU WIN A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !

The bouquet I bought my mom was so disappointing. I paid over 50 dollars for a bouquet that didn’t have all the flowers that they showed online and a bunch of them were already wilting and dying and some fell off on the first day just by moving the bouquet. When I spoke to someone at the shop they were so rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. We just lost my brother and I really wanted to make my moms birthday, that was already super sad and hard for her, a little more special, but this bouquet didn’t accomplish this. So sad.

I received flowers from my 90 year old for my anniversary. He would be crushed if he saw how poorly the bouquet of flowers was that we received from this shop. The sunflowers were drooping and the bouquet was dead in two days! My dad is financially limited and wanted to do something nice thank us for our support How disappointing!

I bought this incredible bouquet for my girlfriend and it turned out wonderful! She was very happy with how it turned out. The service and turn around time was fantastic. When I was mixed up on delivery address and had to call back to give them a new location they happily assisted me with no extra fees. I found out later that they are family owned and have been around the local community for over a hundred years how cool! Can’t wait to continue using them going forward.

This local flower shop is one of my favorites I’ve ever been to in the Boston area. The only bad reviews I have read below are about paying $40 for 15x flowers that weren’t in a vase and they had to place themselves?? It’s not costco or Trader Joe’s it’s a local boutique small business. When I spent $60-$200 for my auntie, a funeral, or my best friends graduation at Holbrow’s I received incredible work from a great small business. FYI The bathroom is in the back and the owner was kind enough to let me use it.I’ve been to a couple flower shops in Boston but this team did the absolute best and has always been accommodating. Most importantly they are family owned and operated! ??????

The ladies at Holbrows are amazing! My daughter had her senior night for ENC women's basketball. We are from Utah, and traveling in for the weekend. They made us an arrangement wrapped so she could carry them onto the court. Gave us a vase to let her put them in when she got back to her room. Well, we were late getting there and then the game was canceled. The ladies let us come get them the next day, arranged them in a vase and everything. They also let me ship a package to them so I didn’t have to pack it.The arrangement is beautiful and the service was wonderful. I would recommend Holbrows Flowers to anyone and everyone! Thank you ladies! You are the best!

I wanted to offer a review even 11 years late, when my grandmother died I was heavily grieving, Anyhow just today I ran into a person whom attended my grandmother's wake and the first thing they said to me was BTW where did you get that lovely arrangement the one thatsaid Nana, and they mentioned the detail of the woven roses, and how tight they were So I thought I should share how 11 years ago this person remembered how beautiful that arrangement was. I mostly wanted to say thank you.
