I recently brought my BMW X5 to High Tech Detailing for exterior detailing and door ding repair. Jeremy and his team went above and beyond our expectations - I couldn’t believe how great a job they did! The car is 6 years old and the paint job had seen better days. It seriously looked like it was brand new when I picked it up.I can’t recommend High Tech Detailing enough!

I have to give Jeremy and his crew of true professionals all the credit for an outstanding job they did. The entire process was easy and stress free. I booked an appointment and Jeremy was quick to reply to all my questions and was very prompt. Well, I have a new shop for auto-detailing! My wife has been wanting to have her car detailed and High Tech Detailing had some great reviews. I ended up talking with Jeremy about options as we have never had a car detailed before and it is clear he is passionate and knowledgeable about the entire process. The quote was fair and competitive as I had called around to a few shops trying to get a sense of pricing.We dropped the car off the evening before and it was ready around 1:30pm the next day and...wow. The car looks brand new both inside and out. Scratches on the paint are gone, the upholstery is gorgeous, and he even cleaned the engine compartment. Jeremy is a really good guy and clearly excited and passionate about his work. I definitely recommend checking him out if you are looking to have your car detailed.

Got all 3 vehicles ceramic coated. Jeremy was fantastic and you can tell the passion he has for vehicles and the pride in the work. He keeps you up to date on everything and even drove an hour each way to get touch-up paint for one car. Take you vehicles here, you will be happy.

Found this place on Yelp and couldn’t be happier.1. Great communications - replying to texts within minutes, telling total price upfront, reminding about the appointment a few days in advance, and providing detailed instructions on how to find the shop and how to drop off the car.2. Friendliness - great attitude of the employees makes we want to come back! When I picked up the car I got a little overview what has been done and even some complementary cleaning that I haven’t requested initially, but very much appreciated.3. Time - it took just 2 hours to fully detail my sedan! There was no rush unlike at many other services, so I was able to ask all the questions I had and inspect the car to admire how squeaky clean it was4. Price - I was surprised how reasonable it was compared to other places I spoke with. Ask for a quote and you will likely be pleasantly surprised.5. Quality - squeaky clean. The interior was shampooed and all carpets were gently covered with plastic wrap after washing + they put some neutral car refresher inside, but confirmed with me first that I am ok with the smell. I thought I was taking a good care of my car, but after the cleaning I was surprised how clear my windows became.Tip: You can go to Sunnyside Breakfast place while you are waiting for your car. It’s just a 5 min walk from the shop on the same side of the road (proper sidewalk).Definitely coming back.

Came to Jeremy for some exterior detailing since my car had a lot of holograms and swirls left by my previous detailer. Jeremy was very responsive and was very accommodating. He and his team were able to remove some of the holograms on the paint and made the car look glossier than before. He even offered to do some basic interior detailing for free. I still noticed a lot of holograms on the paint after getting it back. I did bring this up with Jeremy and brought my car back so that he could address the issue. However, after bringing it there for the second time, a lot of the holograms and swirls still remain. I'm a little bummed out since I live in Boston and had to Uber there back and forth twice. I guess the holograms were too deep to be removed. But overall, Jeremy and his team did a decent job.Service: Auto detailing
