It's hard to find a very that really listens, doesn't try to upsell, and treats your pet with the same respect you have for your little buddy.
My cat loves one of the techs here, too, and he's picky with who he trusts, so it makes me know he's in great hands.
Couldn't be happier!

Dr. Wember has been treating our cats for more than 15 years. Dr. Wember, Gerrie and the other staff members are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Wember takes time to explain things carefully and thoroughly, and when appropriate, provides options. Dr. Wember is a brilliant veterinarian and I highly recommend him and his practice.

Friendly and caring staff. Reasonable rates. Only knock is the limited hours but it is a small practice and the staff make up for the lack of hours.

Great people, just wasn’t for my cat! I wish visiting the vets were less stressful for pets, but Dr. Wember saw that my cat was having immense stress and immediately pivoted to quick service so we could go home.
The tech and staffs here were all so comforting and understanding, unfortunately my cat didn’t have the best time getting the rabies shot, but that’s not a factor they can control. Dr. Wember recommended Weymouth Landing Cat Clinic for our next visit, clearly they care about the animal that they interact with. Just unfortunate that my cat had an unpleasant visit here.

Going on nearly 20 years with Dr. Wember, and he is still the best vet we've ever seen. Since I first started bringing my pups to him (2004 or 2005?), I've moved a lot farther away, but I still make the trip because I completely trust him and his team with my fur babies. We've fostered (and foster failed/adopted) a bunch of pups over the years, and we've had to see vets across New England. Dr. Wember is, hands down, 100%, without a doubt, the BEST vet, ever. The HAH staff always have my pups' best interests at heart, and Dr. W is not going to recommend an expensive test or treatment unless it's necessary. He gives us all the info/details and advises us on making the best decision possible. He's so kind, so understanding, and I feel as though he, and his staff (Gerry is literally an angel walking the earth), care for my dogs like their own. 100% recommend.

I brought my beautiful golden retriever only to have this clown that works here say she is aggressive because she started barking, i told him she is in heat and is a bit sensitive, they put a muzzle on her and wouldnt even let me hold her while she was crying, my dog has never cried so much and so loud with anyone in her life and she was looking towards me to calm her and they said i cant cross some red line. Still charged me 66$ for the exam fee. Ridiculous service please dont bring your dogs here.

Been going there for 10 years. Always been very amazing. My only complaint is they still make everyone wear a mask. It's summer 2023 and even hospitals don't require a mask. To be clear, I have no issues with covid policies, but it's a little ridiculous now.

I have nearly a 15 year old dog who is my world. He had a pretty severe nasal infection due to infected K9's so needed 6 teeth removed including 3 large teeth and a mass that grew quite large on the back of his tongue near his throat (that was not noticeable until his surgery started). Was worried sick about his age and this procedure and met with Dr. Wember to review options. He immediately put my dog on antibiotics as a first path to see how it can improve his daily living. After about 3 weeks, the infection was not going away so went forward with the procedure. Dr. Wember and team contacted me multiple times during and post surgery asking questions and ensuring my dog was on the road to recovery. It has been one week to the day and my dog looks and is acting 5 years younger again so can't thank the Hancock Animal Hospital Team enough for everything!
