I was told to come test drive the cadillac they had on the lot. The owner gave me they keys, when I went to buy the car. He told me there was already a deposit on the car that he didn't know about..I took the day off..I drove an hr away. Extremely disappointed. It was a waste of time and energy. I was overly excited to buy the car as well. How as an owner, you don't know if there's a deposit on the car. WHY have me drive an hour away, test drive the car. THEN tell me, there was a deposit on the car already. I do NOT recommend this place at all!! That's not how you do business, nor handle a situation like this.

Adams St Motors in Dorchester sent our car here several times after we bought it, and we're still dealing with issues months later. Poor communication and customer service. Took them forever to diagnose and correct problems. They used cheap parts that weren't compatible with the car and prolonged the issues. They also ignored our concerns about the catalytic converter while the car was still under warranty, and now that the warranty's up we found out we need a new one. Disappointing.

Excellent gas station on the shore, in addition, there are mechanics here who will always help solve the problem with the car. The staff are nice and smiling.

My Favorite Mechanic shop. Mr. Hattie is very professional and gets the vehicles the love attention it needs. He is like my Big Brother I never had. His team comes to work and play no games.
