The cashier rung up an item as $7.99 when it was $1.99, I'm sure they just read it incorrectly but make sure to check your total and your receipt!

They have a decent selection of menswear, and organized so it's not too confusing. I can't speak to the women's clothes, but it looks like they have a lot there in stock. There's not a ton of items in regards to housewares, furniture, decorations and artwork though. Despite the size of the store there's not a whole lot in the place and leaves something to be desired. But it is clean and organized, and the staff is friendly.

Great manager Miles. He makes sure all his colleagues are informed of the sales and keeps the store in order. Love shopping there, great merchandise

i thought this was a thrift shop. so why are some of the prices more expensive than the original price tags on the items? ok..and why did they remove the dressing rooms? so i can't try this on....nor can i return the item - even for an exchange if the item doesn't fit. hmmm. doesn't seem like a fair deal. and on those 50% off days for certain colored tags. why is there always an old man going around the aisles, picking those discount items off the racks? i give up. not worth the hassle.

They didn't accept my donation because of the rain. The guy said "come tomorrow". I gave to Savers

They just finished an 8 week remodel and they have opened to large crowds. I never leave this Goodwill without multiple amazing deals. I highly recommend this location.

One star on this purchase. Bought a Logitech keyboard, boxed and taped shut as if new. My fault for not asking staff to open it. Went home, opened it and found a dirty, smelly very used keyboard, and 10 keys with worn off characters. Totally unusable. Tried to return it and they said nothing is returnable. Lesson learned. Buyer beware. Always have staff open anything boxed or enclosed and make sure the product works before leaving the store. $15 lost. Mostly upset because the store should have opened it themselves and not sold a piece of trash.

The site said it was open, got there closed for renovations! Not much to purchase ! To drive for 30 min. For nothing! Slow cashier because there usually is 1! Don't bother unless you live in the area!

The staff are overall good, the only reason for two stars. But the store itself is being ruined by its customers. The resellers that hunt in the store for stock are getting ruder and ruder acting like if you are even in the section they are currently looking over that you are trying to steal from them. Looking at CDs/DVDs and you find something on the shelf you want, some of the resellers even have the nerve to say that they were here first and hadn't looked through it yet. There is a definite problem with the lack of rules being followed in the store."You're not allowed to shop off the stocking carts" even have employees tell you that if you even look at the bins on the stocking cart. But if you grab entire stocking bins off a stocking cart and put them in a shopping cart to claim that you are buying everything to then go through and just abandon the things you don't want from the bin in wrong sections of the store, the staff won't ban the toxic person or refuse sale for breaking the rules.Resellers know this and make the store more disorganized. At the rate it has been declining over the last couple years, it wouldn't surprise me if you get two resellers getting into a fight over a stocking bin.

There you can find everything: clothes, coats, shoes, toys, decor, books, appliances, computers... almost everything is used but there are pieces in excellent condition that can be used with ease! I really like looking for records, cds, books and caps. If you like thrift stores, this is the right place. Good luck!

My elderly father pulled up to donate a bunch of my mom’s clothes and he’s almost 80 and used a cane. He asked for some help with the stuff. The woman working there was so rude and refused. I’ve had employees there help me with heavy things and I called and asked the manger why anyone would refuse to help and 80 year old man with a cane and think he would be able to move the items himself. The guy told me “it’s illegal” to go into people’s cars. I said while that actually is true if someone is asking you for help and allowing you in it’s not “illegal” he said well it’s our policy I said while I do get that I’m a bit confused if that means your policy is against helping the elderly? I’m so baffled that someone wouldn’t help and elderly. Donate anywhere else

one of the few goodwills left in the boston area. the prices are still relatively low (compared to the absolutely ridiculous prices at the kendall square location, for example). i always find super unique pieces here and the workers are friendly.
