Don't come here if you value your time. Came here on a Sunday with max 3-4 people in front of us. Took 3 hours just to get the oil changed. Had to remind the front desk person because our car hadn't moved out of the lot after 2 hours. Pretty sure they never would've touched it if we didn't say anything. Not worth it.

I've gotten a couple sets of Bridgestone tires for my SUV and Coupe and they work well. The service there can be hit or miss, but overall they'll get the job done in an acceptable amount of time.

Had an appointment for 11am for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection sticker. Advised I was going to wait for the vehicle. They weren’t able to do inspection bc the inspector was “out” waited for 1 and 1/2 hours and my car still hadn’t been taken in for the rest of the work. When I asked was told my car was next. 45 mins later the car was taken in. Long story short, appointments mean nothing to this location.

Don’t bother making an appointment or scheduling services. 2 hours in, can’t do the inspection as scheduled and haven’t even started servicing vehicle.

I went there for paid appointment they told me we don’t have your tires without proper explanation guy talked to me have no idea about his job 0 remorse, he couldn’t even find my appointment at first. They didn’t refund me at spot and told me you have to call or go online to get your credit back if there was 0 starts I would’ve give it to them

There was a discrepancy in the price. I should have declined service. I received a quote over the phone for one amount, then when I got there, they told me it was over $150 more and they couldn't tell me why. It was shady, and I will never be going there again.

After blowing out a tire the night before, I called Firestone and they told me to come at 9am for them to evaluate my tires and see if they had in stock a replacement. I originally was quoted over the phone that I’d probably need to get 2 tires, but when I arrived the next am they were very upfront with me that I would only need to replace the one that I blew and get it re-aligned. They didn’t try to over-sell me and showed me all the options. I walked in at 9am and was out of there by 10:15 relieved that my car was back to normal! I know there are some negative reviews around this place, but they truly came through for me when I was in an absolute bind.

Do not come here.Class act of Failstone Complete Frustration CareCustomer service is non existent. I dropped off my car for a same day oil change. 3pm drop off and the gentleman stated he would call me around 6:30pm when the car is ready. Fair enough. I never received a called. I had to call in to confirm. The same gentleman picked up and said it is ready. He threw a curveball by saying they close at 7pm in a rude way. Does he think I can teleport to Failstone Complete Frustration Care? No one called me telling me my car was ready.I arrived and there was another customer disputing with the employee, what a surprise. The customer told the employee the tail light needed to be fix or the car cannot drive at night. Isn't this common sense? Yes, what they lack. I tried to assist by suggesting the tech to fix the tail light but it got awkward. Let me tell you why.The employee looked at me and threw my car keys at me. Even though I was caught off guard and miss the catch, his throw was not comparable to Tom Brady. Throwing an object at a customer? The cameras told me I should be obtaining a lawyer.I hope the customer ahead of me gets their car tail lights fixed. I tried to help.I don't think management needs to say much since the last 5 latests review was 1 star within weeks after another. Perhaps leadership or district directors can change the culture at this location.Bell Belichick once said:Do your job. Mission abort. I recommend local body shops. Although these guys are very busy, they get you in and out as quickly as possible. Great customer service as well as car service, in my opinion.

Avoid this one!!!! Brought car in for Bad bearings, instead they replaced the brand new 2 week old brakes and never touched the bearings. Out over $900 and their response was too bad you signed for it! Fraud case filed. Any legit mechanic would have noticed they were replacing brand new brakes and assumed an error from the desk clerk. Corporate care had Area manager call and blame us, 1 week with no car now and counting.

Went in with a 9AM appointment for a tire change, I was told I would get a call when my car was ready. I never received a call until I called back at 1PM to which they never answered the phone and I went to pick up the car afterwards.There’s no reason a customer tire change should take FOUR hours
