Place is a joke , consistently refuses to do their fedEx service & always trying to make a problem when doing it, not to mention this place loves to ask “what’s in the box” no other location does that seems a bit fishy…

Visited here twice Frifay and Monday and got rejected by the old lady. One says no battery, another time says box is full and can’t take phone anyways. My package is small but why she assume is phone and battery?? Please, don't’t be in customer service position when you can’t provide the service.

This was in Star Market. I went there today 7/16/2025 and they no longer accept FEDEX ground drop-offs
