The property is kept beautiful by the landscaping team, the pool, grills, and playground are nice to have in the summer, and the maintenance team did a fantastic job responding quickly and effectively to any repairs needed in our unit. I would highly recommend renting here.

We have lived here for 2 years and we really like living here. A good condominium with tennis court, swimming pool, gym and small playground. The maintenance team always provides excellent service. I also really like the location and some of the events or amenities that the condominium holds, such as ice cream in the summer and Eye Exams at Elevation, although I also think we could have more events like this. As a suggestion for improvement related to the condominium's shuttle, which is currently working with the Crown Colony shuttle, which makes the intervals longer.

The location is beautiful. Immediate access to the highway is awesome. BJ's and Dunkin Donuts are walking distance. You can't hear your neighbors which is important to me. High ceilings, balconies and brand new kitchens are also huge plusses. Maintenance will fix appliances, unclog drains, anything you need really within 24 hours, 48 hours max (unless parts need to be ordered... which are 100% paid for by the facility). A+ place to live.

The maintenance team at elevation keeps the property in immaculate condition and responds to maintenance request extremely fast. I have lived here for just almost 2 years and I have nothing but praises for the property and property managers.

We have lived here for about 8 months and absolutely love Elevation. Our building is silent at all hours of the day, it's located near the highway, two parking spots are included, and the building is immaculately clean. The maintenance team is regularly seen, and even the trash room is spotless. The gym is clean and well organized each day I go, and the leasing office is availably daily and very helpful. The only maintenance "issue" I had was a noisy bathroom fan, which was fixed the next day.

I would like to give a zero star rating but it only allows me to give 1 in order to take review. The leasing office team member was quite disappointed.
Their demeanor was unprofessional, and the lack of politeness was surprising. When looking for a place to call home, the first impression matters, and this was not a positive one.
Being living here for several years and decided to move out
