Came to this location as it states it is open until 5p. Watch a lady walk out the door at 4:50p and a car pull off from the drive up window so I park and walk to the door and it’s locked! Purposely chose this location instead of the other Franklin St as I was going to be cutting it too close and wanted to be sure to the the company deposit made today… poor customer service. Be open till 5p if u say your going to be open until 5p!

Bad customer service, the people who work here are not welcoming at all. Their is one White guy and Hispanic woman that is nice but I rarely get them. The rest gives off a bad vibe. Bad juju here. There need some customer service training.

I have an account transféréd from Century bank over a month ago.I did make a decent size deposi Since then I have rec'd no vérifications, no statement. Which I need to purchase an annuity.This prototocal is quite lame similar to trying to navigate the software in trying to post this message

It took me two weeks to stop auto bill pays. I called and emailed only to be told I don't have one set up. Somehow they were taking money from my account each month. They insisted I was doing it each month which was obviously incorrect. I spent 90 minutes on the phone today being treated like a piece of garbage by 6 people before I got someone who could help. Apparently their app doesn't do bill pay and the website doesn't work with an iPhone. Go figure. Rockland trust here I come.
