Had a bad experience with a rude teller. I don't know her name, but she was an older slavic woman. I had a complicated issue, and instead of involving a manager to check deeper, she just wanted to get rid of me. It wasn't even a busy time of day. I was calm and polite throughout the interaction.
After our first interaction ended I left, but a little confused, I had to return to ask another question. So I went back in and talked to another teller because the first one was busy with a customer. She saw me there and became annoyed that I came back (maybe she thought I was trying to ask the same question to the other teller hoping for a different answer or better service?) She then told me to wait for her and after another odd and standoffish interaction, the encounter ended with a very curt "we are done" she handed me my papers and said "you can go now".
Why are you hiring people with such obviously poor communication skills and manners to be bank tellers? I could tell just by talking to her that short time that this is just normal behavior for this person as it was so casual for her.

This is regarding the Franklin St location in Quincy, Ma. The blonde russian women that works here has a serious attitude problem. She is so nasty and mean, i might just close my account and go somewhere else. Eastern should really consider firing her. Every single time I've come here she has been awful. She clearly hates her job because she complains any time I come to deposit money for my work. Like if you don't like what you do, find something else.
