Debbie Sullivan (and team) is exceptional in customer service. We have been customer with this group for over 10 years and have consistent great service very year and every time we interact with the group. Any questions I ask via email is answered within the hour. When I had a complicated, multi-step process with a vehicle registration, and insurance the team provided clear instructions and pre-filled forms for me to take to the RMV. We go to Debbie and team whenever we need our big assets insured. Great team.

Awful service I wished I could give 0 stars. My registration and plates were cancelled because my license expired. I informed them of the change and they still charged me 7 months afterwards and then cancelled me in October for nonpayment smh. When I contacted them about this the man on the phone said he was busy and I am not an active customer incredibly rude. He then asked who my agent was that signed me up with them and when I gave her name he said she no longer worked there. I then told him that didn’t matter sir because I was an active customer after she left so I couldn’t understand where he was going with that statement. They don’t want to even look into because I would be owed a refund for paying for insurance for 7 months after my registration was cancelled and having no license. If this is how they rob their customers to make money I am glad I am no longer one.
