I have become extremely disappointed with the over priced services since the pandemic . Two of the partners whom I used to trust implicitly gave me bad advice - this led to IRS overpayments with many penalties. I had sent my second jobs w2 and a partner never entered my information when filing my taxes . As a first responder and single mother I cannot tell you the amount of financial duress this has caused my family . There are tax levy’s now placed on my accounts because nobody would help me . I’m very disappointed and disheartened .

The Matthew 20;17 of bookkeeping and accounting! In layman vernacular: They're pretty darn good.#2 on 1/18/23..."There's that terrifically timeless classic that suggests: The customer is always right...Well, in this case, I was not...After searching for a better deal, I returned to Dennis & Associates to file my business and personal 2021 tax returns...I needed them rushed. Tax deadline was in less than 48 hours...And, forget the 4th quarter of a conference finals to go to the championship or the 2 minute warning in the finals or even down to the last minute to play for overtime...It was at the last second, Hail Mary time. And, not only did David Dennis and his team graciously welcome me back with a, "We're glad to have you back..." David personally got right to work on my returns right then, right there, right away, finishing them for me forthwith...And, he came through...One might be lead to believe that Michael is the greatest of all time: Tyson. Jackson. 'Angelo. Jordan....Until you work with David...Was that too much? Probably. Did it reflect my experience? Absolutely...Thank you Dennis And Associates. Appreciate you...You are not only the best at what you do, you are the best. Now, I could be wrong about that. But I doubt it...We are on to tax returns due for 2022.(Insert happy face.)"

I have had very good experiences with Dennis and Associates. When I had a conflict with the IRS, I called Dennis and Associates for help and they went out of their way to help me solve the problem swiftly and accurately. David has always given solid business advice and he makes it simple and understandable . His office has always been kind and responsive to my requests.

David increased his price half way through preparing our 2021 taxes. His admins are rude and not qualified to do their job. His electronic review and signatures of taxes never worked with problems with the links. He would promise one thing and do another. Going back to Turbo Tax.

I had a really unfortunate experience with the owner (Dennis himself) and one of the secretaries..I went here because I needed help and told them I had very little money to work with and needed to get caught up on a few years but there was very little paperwork involved.. Mr dennis told me he would help me and was initially very kind, inviting me in his officeHe gave me a very reasonable quote for getting me caught up ..I explained that I had 2 uncles die of covid and we were struggling to raise money for our familyI was later informed by a secretary that I owed a large sum and it was only going to cover one year (for which there was going to be no return because it was so late..It was very upsetting and I told her to tear it up and that I would have to bring my business elsewhereI would have never agreed to $2000 dollars for what would have amounted to a half hour of paper workShe called me unethical and said they would do the one year for free (in a very condescending tone)It was upsetting but I was relieved and grateful at the same timeI later got a bill in the mailMy friend later told me that after giving these folks blood sweat and tears they pulled a similar stunt on herI guess this is how the rich stay rich. The guy has a shiny 120 thousand dollar car out front in a very working class neighborhood where many of us are struggling to get through these hard times

She was hoping they would help me but I later found out they mistreated her as well (while pregnant) He gave me a very reasonable quote for getting me caught up .. Didn't use them. Just called for a quote. A regular instate 1040 starts at $500 and up... wayyyyyy too pricey noooooo
