Good nail salon I've come here for a couple of years and usually enjoy how my nails and toes look after. However, they recently increased prices and I just can't justify a mani pedi there anymore. I got a basic pedicure and a gel manicure... it was $75! That's before tip! I can go to a place closer to my house for a $60 pedi and gel mani they do just as good of a job and are faster. Way too expensive for a basic salon. I could pay $5 more for a luxury experience at body benefits down the road !

Had a horrible experience getting my nails done before a trip. I got a pedicure by Tina which was good, she was very thorough. She ended up getting booked by an appointment so they gave me Jenna to do my dip manicure. It ended up so thick and looked like 'bubble nails'. I also had tons of dip powder and activator stuck underneath my nail that she did not remove. I didn't get a good look at them until I got in my car and built up the courage to go back to get them fixed. When I went back in, the receptionist sat me back down. Jenna walked over and rolled her eyes. Three people were standing over me and were telling me that my nails looked so good and they were already so thin, any more filing would ruin my nails. Not accommodating or understanding at all. I wasted $50 on this manicure and am leaving for a trip tomorrow, so there's no way to get this fixed before I go.

TRUST ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!!!!!!!! This place is just awful. The lady does not understand what I want and seems very impatient when I tell her it’s not the right color. She also filed my nails too much to the point that even with 4 layers of gel on (I had to add an addition top coat myself at home becuz my nails felt very weak), my nails would still bent. They seem very unprofessional. Just DONT come here at all. The most awful nail experience I’ve had.Update: my nails are completely ruined. They started to chip and break after 1 week. And it is because they filed too much of my nails and now it became weaker and weaker.

Hands down the best nail salon in Quincy! Been going there for a year now and I will not go anywhere else! The staff is amazing and always calls to remind and confirm appointment.. they make the experience great so you don't have to wait! It's super clean inside and the staff is always in a good mood. Lena & vana are absolutely amazing! I never leave disappointed always leaving happy and feeling great afterwards! They always help me to find the right color based off of pictures I show them and my dip powder is always done thin and not too chunky and last for weeks! No chipping ever! I love this place!Services: Nail polish changes

Always friendly. They can do any design too. I recommend the deluxe treatment mani/pedi.They have massage chairs.Offering dip, shellac or acrylic.

Love coming here - the technicians are so pleasant and very fast/skilled. Pedicures are always fabulous and prices are fair. Clearly I am not the only fan because the place is always hopping!

Went unexpectedly & was taken care of right away for a deluxe pedicure. The water was too hot that you soak your feet in. The nail treatment was fine up until she put the paraffin bags on my feet & steaming hot towels around my legs. She burnt the soles of both feet and calves. The manicurist couldn't be bothered to set me up at the foot drier and didn't check to see if the nail polish was even dry. I had to set myself up , turn everything on myself while she relaxed in an empty pedicure seat. Polish smudged & I won't be going back. The soles of my feet still hurt hours later.

I have been a loyal customer to Deluxe for years. Today I went in to get a gel manicure after my powder dip broke, cracked and fell off of multiple nails in less than 10 days. As I signed my credit card slip, I find out I was also being charged $10 to take off the broken manicure - even though i was also getting a gel manicure. I’m extremely disappointed. Their logic was that I was getting a different service. I was not getting a polish change - I spent $30 on a replacement manicure, after the $45 dip didn’t last. I’m not only dissatisfied but hurt that loyalty means so little. I will have to think twice if I will continue with their service
