Overall, our stay at Deco was enjoyable. It is in a convenient location, right across the train station and close to 93. Despite the proximity to the train and highway, we don't notice the noise at all.
Tenants are friendly and is a younger crowd. The management team regularly organized events for the tenants. The gym was well equipped and never felt too crowded. It also features a yoga/dance studio room which was a nice addition. Although the pool was small, it was still a nice feature to have. There are also grills in the courtyard.
However, during our lease, we experienced a few unfortunate incidents.
1. While parked in our designated garaged space, we found someone releasing air from our rental car tires during the snow storm.
2. Two instances of package theft, although we caught one incident on camera, the culprit was never identified.
3. Our dogs were attacked by another dog that bit me in the finger and leg, but we chose not to pursue legal action.
4. Few loud parties that went past 3 am in the courtyard, which our unit faced.
5. Dogs running off-leash in the hallways that triggered our dogs.
Despite these incidents, we appreciated the efforts of Diana and the maintenance team to work with us and address these issues. They were all very kind and understanding. Ultimately, we decided to not renew our lease, but we had a positive experience with the management team.

We’ve been here for almost four years and everything has been great. Recently had minor maintenance and cosmetic issues, but the team was able to resolve it fast and communication was amazing. Thank you Alister deco team!

Kudos to the staff and maintenance division. I have had a few a/c problems including the most recent one over Labor Day weekend. Each time they reacted with concern and expedient action. Additionally, the technician (while servicing the system) found the issue and a different potential problem that was observed so all in all it was a very good end result. I really appreciate the Deco team. Be safe out there….

Fantastic building and staff. I lived here for 2.5 years in 2 different units. The building is pristine and they are always updating things to create a more pleasant living experience. I’ve toured a lot of buildings in the area and what makes this one stand out aside from it being pristine are the 2 amazing courtyards- grill or take a dip in the pool in the front courtyard or watch sunset or hear the birds chirp in the quiet wooded back courtyard. The few times I ever had an issue, it was resolved within less than 24 hours. The only negative would be the immediate location is not as walkable as some of the other buildings in the area and the red line is iffy these days (supposed to get better) but it’s priced accordingly. Thank you Diana, James & Vanna! Keep up the good work.

Despite the not yet resolved noice issue that we have with other residents. (That’s the one star missing there)
Living in Deco is great. The staffs are amazing. Especially Vanna! Always helpful, and respectful. She put in the extra effort to connect with the residents and really made us feel heard and seen. This place wouldn’t be as great as a community without her.

Been living here for almost 2 years and love it. The staff is amazing and they have been extremely responsive when we needed help. Maintenance requests are usually done quickly, and management had our back when we ran into an issue with another resident. (Hasn’t happened since)They occasionally plan events for the residents and they’re usually fun! It really helps to meet your neighbors.Perfect spot if you’re a dog owner too. There’s a small dog park and dog wash room which we use a lot!Apartments are very nice and soundproof, you rarely hear your neighbors.All of the amenities are kept clean as well. I use the gym, yoga room, and pool quite a bit and it is always well maintained.Highly recommend!

We have loved living at Alister Deco for the past year and a half! Hands down the best management team around. Diana and Vanna put a ton of time and energy into curating the community’s atmosphere and James and the rest of the maintenance team are super attentive and responsive. We have also built great relationships with our neighbors and the other residents are super respectful/courteous. The building and grounds are well kept and the community is very safe. And you can’t beat the location for the price. 12/10

Diana and Vanna truly are the best! They care about the residents at this building and make a strong team. We have community events, newsletters, pet of the month, and many other things that make this community special. The building maintenance staff is friendly and always ready to jump in and quickly address any maintenance request. The cleaning staff is wonderful and the building is immaculate. 11/10 would highly recommend!

I didn’t end up moving to the community for personal reasons however I had an awesome experience. Vanna was great. She was helpful and extremely responsive. The building itself was clean and spacious with great amenities. The apartments are very nice. This is a wonderful community to consider.
