Crown Colony Pharmacy is widely regarded as the best pharmacy, with outstanding, friendly, and helpful staff who provide a positive and welcoming experience. They consistently go above and beyond, putting the customer first. They always have what is needed in stock and help figure out ways to save on prescriptions. They treat people like humans and are never rushed on the phone. Many customers would not consider going anywhere else, preferring it over big chain pharmacies, and some travel significant distances to use their services. The pharmacy is easy to get to with tons of parking, and there is never a long wait. Their delivery service is also considered invaluable, especially for wheelchair users. However, their app is noted as quite buggy and their website needs an update. A significant concern is their delivery fee policy: while advertised as "free delivery," they charge a $5 fee for making more than one delivery trip to a home in a month, a charge some customers report was applied without prior notification, leading to frustration. Despite this, for many, the exceptional personal service outweighs any drawbacks.
Have been a customer for years. They are the best small family business to deal with. It is the kind of place where the owner greets you by name. If you want to be more than a number? This is the pharmacy to do business with. The best!!!!
