Said it was open. Until 5 pm. The branch is closed permanently and there are only 2 atms here to replace it. So glad I don’t have to regularly bank with this company.

Always very helpful with all my needs. Also they have someone to do notary there super convenient especially trying to find one open late.

Every time I come here I wait atleast 30 minutes to speak with an employee. By the time it's my turn they are rude (understandable they are always busy) but there comes a point where you would think they would hire more people.

7 Dollars to cash a check wow. There response was Bank Of America charges it two. You would think they would not charge to be better the BOA It must be the 50 cent ink pad for the finger prints. Then they say no charge if you open an account. Ya so I can write checks and the people I write them to can pay 7 bucks. Edit now they charge me 3 frigfgin bucks to check MY balance time for a new bank!!!!

Beware of the fees that this bank charges. they charge $10.00 every time a charge has to go into overdraft protection. I got hit with $90 in fees last month because I was unaware of this.

I tried to do a cash advance here. It got denied so I said I'll call my bank. So I did to get my limit raised. After I went thru that and back to teller, they said it doesn't matter, they can only run it thru the machine once a day. WTF!? Why can't they say that right off the bat so I don't have to waste 10 mins of my time... Arghhhh
