I love this branch in Quincy. James is the manager and Mimosa was my bank officer. I had the best service and care. What a peaceful and very upbeat atmosphere! I also had to go to the teller. She was so friendly and there was no waiting. This branch has a huge parking lot and ATM in the lobby and drive through in the middle of the parking lot! It is on Quincy Ave and close to the center and main highway routes.

Very friendly, attentive and helpful tellers and Jim Driscoll was extremely helpful and quick to attend to my banking needs in more than one occasion. I've been banking with Citizens for more than 20 years and by far this is the best branch yet, hands down!!

Not a good experience with the notary at this branch. I went in today to notarize sth and apparently the notary didn’t feel comfortable to notarize the form because she needed the whole family there instead of people who were present and the ones whose signatures needed to be verified.If a notary doesn’t understand the duties then they should be released from their notary duties and especially when they feel like they’re not comfortable with it on a Monday morning phhhh went to another knowledgeable notary at a different branch.

Drive thru can be much easier to use if they raised the machine abit higher. Or design a machine that the key board sits in a cradle that can be pulled out to reach your car window or in your car which would allow putting your pass code in a more private and secure manner and then when complete.....push back into its secure cradle. This would help those with disabilities to access the touch pad without contorting your body or trying to reach or stretch to receive your funds. This would stop any possible hacker hidden cameras or opening your car door to reach or take off your seatbelt to punch in your passcode.

I just got back from there. I explained a very simple mistake that was made by one of their fellow employees at another branch and what should’ve been a quick fix, turned into arguing with two of them for over an hour. They swindled me out of almost $700 over a mistake one of their own employees made and then had the audacity to claim I was “Negligent”.
