ATM Vestibule is just locked outside of business hours. And then trying to use the drive through ATM - that’s also down. Not helpful at all.

Trickle-down-truth. The manager and other workers here employ the strategy of not telling you the whole truth in a timely manner, presumably to wear you down, waste your time and rope you into making a mistake to their benefit. Been there three times in the past three days. Met with the manager on day one, he neglected to tell me that he couldn't open an account, I couldn't open an account without an appointment, and other stipulations that would have saved me time and money. No apologies either, except for the way he handed me a business card; it's was strangely subservient... As though handed someone a ritual sword or something. I'll chalk that up to cultural enrichment. But stay away from this bank imho.

They think they Hollywood, been tryna call the past 3 days no one will pick up. Got one call back and called back 3 mins later and no pick up. Y’all need new employees.

I came here at 3:50 p.m. today to pay for my Chase freedom credit card after I pay my bills I kindly asked the lady sitting in the office if she could walk me to the restaurant and that it was an emergency. She told me there is "no public bathroom." Terrible... I ran across the street and use the TD Bank bathroom instead.

was trying to make withdrawal, when a bank teller told my that the signature that I placed on the slip is not my signature. I had my driving license, that was signed, I used debit card with pin, and I had a chase app with facial recognition, that I was asked to use to confirmed last 2 transactions on my account. I used the app in front of 2 bank tellers, they still challenged my identity. it was suggested that I should feel happy that the money on my account was so secure. But I did not feel happy, I felt anxious and worried because I could not access funds that belonged to me. Also security officer pacing discretely behind my back did not make me feel like i was a valued customer. Finally, after good 20 min, the manager of the branch decided that the signature was mine indeed. Although everybody tried to be calm, the experience was horrible. How many ways can you prove that you are who you are. unbelievable...
