“Samuel at Fresh Start Detailing was great. Extremely professional, friendly, and communicative. The interior detail I got was great - looks like a new car. He even asked about specific requests and did his best to get coffee stains out of the interior ceiling (I was rear ended a while back and the coffee I had in hand went flying). Definitely recommend this place and would go back!”

“I was in the getting a oil change next door at Valvoline & decided to get my vehicle wash here. They did a great job! I'm a member of Scurbadub but going to cancel my membership to come here. To me the way they cleaned my vehicle is the way Scurbadub use to do it. Not so much any more! Well! I'm going to get a membership at this location even thought I live in Dorchester!”
“I initially put a review up lambasting thisnplace for ripping off their customers with the automatic $10 charge on their cards for a vacuum that only states $2. When I initially looked at my account there was the $10 charge from them, I reacted quickly & left a somewhat angry reveiw. I wanted to come here & not only apologize but set the record straight. There was the $10 charge there, but it does end up just going to the $2 stated. I don't know if they initially chack if there's at least $10 in the account, & then just change it dependant on how much time you use, I'm not sure. What I didn't want to do though is leave my review saying they rip people off, they do not & I retract that claim. My only real issue with this place is its size, & that's not really their fault. Other than that, it's one of the better run self-service washes around. Oh, I also wish they had coin-op too, they only have options for using bills or a card.”

“I love this place more than Malden Prestige. I appreciate how the attendant directs me to move forward and ensures the car behind stops until I am settled. Then, he shows a thumbs-up sign if I’m okay. After that, he directs the car behind me to move forward. It makes me feel more relaxed and less anxious. Compared to Malden Prestige, the cars there were too close to each other.”
