After texting back and forth, Henri overall did a great job, especially on the interior of the car. It was hard to set a date/time for the detail but it worked out in the end. (He came later than originally planned but that didn't matter to much to me because I am flexible with my time/ I work from home.) I paid $249 for a complete detail but I feel like the job was worth less than that. The inside of my windshield had dried brown residue. (Seemed like he cleaned it but it dried a little dirty) The inside of the car smelled great, the seats were shampooed and vacuumed. There were a couple spots that were missed, like the left foot rest where the pedals are. It was left dirty and I felt like it was pretty easy to clean. I opened my trunk and the trunk was cleaned great. However, its the details that were missed. The exterior parts of the trunk lid was still super dirty and I could drag a finger and have dust/dirt on it. There were some leftover wet leaves and dirt in the corners of the trunk lid and this went for the car doors as well. The rims were clean overall but the inside of the rims were still dirty. My car in particular had a little bit of dried concrete on the outside which a specific spray is needed. I know that other detail places around the area carry the concrete remover spray and clean it off for much less than what I paid for. But I don't blame the company for not having the spray. Overall, it was a good job. But I wouldn't really say the exterior was "detailed". It was just cleaned.

I too had the similar experience as another reviewer. Henry had confirmed my appointment. (It’s for today) he’s 15 minutes late and tells me he actually can’t come today. I cleared my entire day for this. How unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I would have really liked to have tried these people out. However, I made the appointment via text message, after submitting an appointment request from their website. I talked with Henry. We figured everything out from what I wanted done to my car, to price, to date, to location.
After that, the next day, COMPLETELY GHOSTED. I called, I emailed, I texted and by the end- my messages didn’t even get delivered. I have no idea what happened. I took my wife’s car to work so they could do my car at the house. What a waste of time and effort. Extremely disappointed and annoyed.

They no showed and blocked me like other people mentioned here. Very bizarre and unprofessional.

Very frustrated by my experience. I made an appointment via text and even confirmed the night prior for our appointment time. I took time off of work to be sure I would be here in time. Completely ghosted. No message to cancel or reschedule. Very frustrating.

DO NOT USE. Similar to a few others, I had an appointment set up and was completely ghosted. No call, no text or anything. Texted with someone named "Bryan" to set up the appointment, then when I tried to text the next day my number was blocked. Tried to call and email several numbers and never heard back. Sketchy operation overall, do not trust.

Henry did a great job! Showed up early, was kind and professional, and the detailing work he did was superb! Highly recommend!!
