51 Franklin St, Quincy“Roxie's is the best. They have every cut of meat I've ever heard of and plenty I haven't. The prices are great and the workers are super friendly. Big shout out to Alan for hooking me up with some butcher's twine when I couldn't find it anywhere.”
“You can get everything here. One stop shop. And it's all Halal. Nice atmosphere. Beautiful and chill vibes. So listen, Boston is not Kentucky when it comes to friendliness. I find the folks are as nice as the circumstances require. Far from southern hospitality, but not rude. Wear your thick skin and enjoy??
Vegetarian options: Lots
Dietary restrictions: All Halal
Parking: Extra parking spaces behind the shopping center”
“I'm so glad I found this place. The meat and poultry products are superb. Fresh cuts or special orders, Tony will be happy to do it for you.The store had a wide assortment of olive oils, condiments, frozen appetizers, pasta, etc.Friendly and helpful staff make this a little gem in the neighborhood.”
“Amazing quality and love the ease of the monthly delivery. Absolutely love the wings, ribs, ground pork, eggs, butter and the lamb is awesome. Highly recommend Walden local”
“In reality, I would give this 4/5, because (besides meat), the selection is extremely limited. However, their meat selection and the prices are strong enough to override any issues I have. Also, the staff are always so kind and nice. I love this place”
“The store has some exotic foods ranging from quil eggs to snake meat…even venison. Very kind people, Had an interview here today, really nice people and very hard workers. Christopher the general manager is extremely professional, humble, and overall a cool dude. If your looking for a nice small exotic food market for you to make the most extraordinary home cooked meals. Savenors comes highly recommended.”
“I was recommended by a neighbor to come here for raw marrow bones for my dog, and was blown away the first time I went in. Beautiful grocery items as well as knowledgeable and super friendly staff. They even asked my dog’s size to make sure the bones were cut to a safe size. Its become a weekly staple for me and the cuts of meat are leaps and bounds better quality than even Whole Foods.”
“looking for smoked sausage my mother bought from this store in 1990, they were the very best sausage. The family bought them by the boxes they are good for sandwiches, breakfast and all other dishes made from cabbage and sausage collard greens you name it.”
8AM - 7:30PM
503 Washington St, Boston“The staff is always friendly and the meat is good quality. The prices aren't bad as well. They cut up the meat to your liking. I have been going to them for the last 6 years. They are conveniently located. There is no parking lot but you can find some street parking around.”
“Best Brazilian supermarket and Meat Market in Boston! You can buy the famous Brazilian Steak here! (Just ask for Picanha). Don’t forget to get a bag of coarse salt because this is the only thing you will need to season the steaks! If you Tip the guy you can ask the guy to slice it for you! (You‘ll ruined the steak if you cut it wrong)Get some Pao de queijo too ?Say Hi to the guy he is the most friendly”
“Sulmona Meat Market is in business and going strong. Myself and Bobby Pugliese would drive from Vermont to purchase whole hind quarters for our veal dishes at the Jamiaca ouse back in the mid 1970's and of course Dominic's famous homemade sausage. This is a testiment of how a quality meat shop stays open for decades after decades. Businesses come and go, but true quality of meats and service continues to this day. Congratulations on such an achievement!!!! Oakie”

224 Winthrop St, Winthrop“I go there all the time for their cooked chicken cutlets tried their pork chops OMG my husband said he never had a pork chop as tasty and moist as the Meat Market. Went back for more!”
“Nice little market, the kind I grew up visiting as a child. Friendly, courteous employees ready to help. Great spot for a sandwich or hot lunch and a pastry or two. Good selection of meats and fresh baked goods.”
“Vitória Meat é um pedacinho do Brasil aqui!! Veja que delicia o VITÓRIA MEAT MARKET tem : Geleia de Jabuticaba isso mesmo JABUTICABA! Podemos não ter a fruta porém está Geleia é de um sabor delicioso! Eu recomendo podem comprar vocês vão gostar além do mais ela não contém glúten.”

13 Corinth St, Roslindale“Just found Quality Meat. The best steak we've had at a very reasonable price. The owners are very friendly running a tiny shop on their own and delivering great quality. Will buy all our chicken and other meat only from this tiny, friendly shop.”
“I've previously reviewed Lamberts, but I should parse the review. Plaza Fish Market is 50% of the reason why I love Lamberts. To be real, it's basically a butcher shop. And excellent one, btw. Great value. For fifteen years I could buy fresh scrod (haddock, cod, whatever) for $4.99/lb. Crazy, huh? Thick rib-eyes for $8.99/lb. Salmon for half the price you'd see from other local fishmongers. So, folks are telling me there's a pandemic going on and prices are doubling every time I blink. But I still love them.”
“I really love the service. If you want to go to a family owned establishment in Boston I really recommend Clinton’s they are very personable and I loved that a lot !!!They have reasonable prices actually more than FAIR Prices! AND THEY ARE BLACK OWNED ✊?CHECK THEM OUT‼️‼️‼️”
7AM - 7PM
428 Harvard St, Brookline“I like the prepared food here but this review is for a last minute catering order for a Shiva (post funeral gathering) how nice of the staff to care about a customer they don’t really know. Food was great, service better.”
“This place has the best merguez in town and has recently become my go-to halal butcher alongside Tunisian dates, olives, and many more items. Great service as well, wish them nothing but the best.”
“Yesterday was my first time here, so happy to find Halal close to home. The staff were friendly , professional and welcoming . All The meat and store products were of very good quality and clean atmosphere ! I appreciated the warm welcome when I came in the door . I will be back for more!”

576 Washington St, Dorchester“Spring is in the air. I notice AFB has done spring cleaning. They have a nice e display of fruits and house plants, which is really nice to look at when you walk in. I must say everything is always fully stocked there, and they have been promoting a little more sales. ? Nice neighborhood grocery to stop in, too. Look clean.”

“We found the Vitoria in Everett* so amazing we made the trek through the city every few months to stock up. I was SO happy to see one in Quincy (a 15 minute drive instead of the 30-90 minutes to get up there from where we are). The meat selection was top notch, great prices, friendly/helpful staff (we don't speak Portuguese), nice selection of produce, grocery items and spices, including what appeared to be prepared sauces (I'm a huge fan of chimichurri). The chicken wrapped in bacon is THE BEST, picanha is a fabulous cut for large gatherings, they also have a great variety of delicious sausages.*I actually don't know if the stores in Quincy and Everett are related, but they have the same name and the sign logo looks the same.”
