Both our children have been attending this Bright Horizons (infant and 4yr old), conveniently located 15min from our home and right next to the highway. The longer center hours are perfect for those of us who endure long commutes in/out of Cambridge and want to feel like you are getting ahead of the nightmare traffic.Regarding the center - we toured MANY different daycares in the area, did our due diligence online with state reports and reading every review; and what I can personally tell you is that this is hands down the best place we visited. Not to call out other places, but one of the Montessori’s in the area gave off some very “snobby” vibes and lacked diversity, and another newer larger chain daycare always had their front doors propped open for anyone to enter in/out ?The facility itself is rather unique in that it is its own standalone facility with their own different age appropriate outdoor playgrounds. Yes - the price tag is heavy, but with that comes incredible teachers, caregivers who listen and work with you, and leaders who are invested in your child to ensure they are happy, safe, and growing. I love checking the app throughout my day to see what my little ones are up to, likewise it’s great that they are able to communicate through this to you directly so there are no miscommunications. I also love that they have regular opportunities for fun socialization during and after hours so you also get to meet some of your kids classmates and their parents too. The curriculum that is provided feels like a mix of Montessori, STEM-focused and a creative learning approach…we love it and have seen how much our son has blossomed here with the structure they provide and all the incredible teaching staff. From a safety perspective- which for an anxious mom was the priority, this location has multiple safety measures including limited access opportunity to the building for outsiders. The school is also a nut-free facility and take allergies issues incredibly seriously (if that is a concern to you).Overall, I highly recommend!

I can’t give an opinion on the level of care the facility provides, however if the treatment I was given as a prospective infant parent after being pressured into registering and making a deposit is any indication, then I’m lucky to have never made it past the 10 month wait list (was told 3-4 months, provided no updates and struggled to get in touch with anyone for almost a year).

This is a great center. They do an amazing job of charting the kids daily activities, taking photos and you really feel like they care about your kiddos like they're their own. Nicole and Tori run a tight ship and we had great experiences with our infant teachers Keryn and Kelli!

We've had a great experience at this center. Our daughter was in the infant program from 3 months old. She loved her teachers and the center staff do an amazing job keeping parents informed of kid activity and learning progress. It's also nice that bright horizons as a company offer lots of access to educational materials - videos, articles, etc.

The center is well managed and maintained. The teachers are wonderful. The classroom learning curriculum from infants through preschool is great. I love the ability to receive updates and pictures throughout the day. Teachers and staff are responsive and always willing to answer questions.

We LOVE Bright Horizons Crown Colony! We started our daycare journey for our first child here when she was just 3 months old. BH Crown Colony welcomed our daughter with open arms, and treated us like family each and every day. The administrative staff is very organized, the classroom teachers are incredibly loving and upbeat...the children in the rooms here are always smiling, engaged and happy, thanks to their wonderful teachers. It was clear that our daughter was making great social connections with her peers here, and also getting the chance to take part in stimulating, hands-on activities. We also were extremely well informed throughout the day, due to the teachers frequently updating the My Bright Day app with helpful information and pictures. If you have the chance to go to Bright Horizons Crown Colony, you will not be disappointed!

We spent 8 years with Crown Colony and had a positive experience throughout the entire journey, even in the face of the pandemic. We’ve had many many wonderful, caring teachers along the way, but it was especially lovely and comforting that both our daughters, three years apart, had the same incredible preschool teacher. The two women currently leading the center are both home grown at Crown Colony and we absolutely adore them. Highly recommend this center.

Our two kids, now 5 & 7, have/had been attending since they were 12 weeks old. The teachers care about them and the families and do everything to ensure their safety and well-being. Every day we drop them off there are never tears, but rather excitement for the day ahead! The entire team, from the Directors Nicole & Tori to their teachers, routinely go above and beyond. We trust them 100% and know that they treat our kids with the utmost respect and caring that we could ever ask for. For new parents, you will not be disappointed.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons Crown Colony since he was an infant. The staff and teachers have done an amazing job of keeping the children safe and healthy during the entire pandemic. My son loves attending school and has built many friendships with other students and staff. We plan on sending him there until kindergarten!

My daughter went to Crown Colony when she was 4 months old up till almost 2 years old. The only reason we left was bc we moved out of Quincy. We had traces of regret that we were leaving such an amazing center, which we relied so heavily on and loved. My daughter thrived when she attended there. The teachers took care of her as if she were their own; we had the comfort in knowing that she was happy, loved, and safe. What was important to us was it wasn’t just a childcare center. My daughter was intellectually stimulated and learning at school (e.g., she learned about metamorphosis by observing caterpillars become butterflies when she was just 1.5 year old!). Since we moved, we have been to two other childcare centers/schools, and I still can’t rave enough about how well run Crown Colony is compared to others. Now when I need backup care through work, I always sign up for Crown Colony even though it means I have to drive 45 mins each way to get my kids (I have an infant too now) there. But it gives me comfort in knowing that my kids will be safe, and I get many pictures throughout the day and what I bring to school for them will not be lost and will be returned at the end of the day (very uncommon in other childcare centers!)

Our son has been at bright horizons since 4 months (he is now 19 months). The team there has always taken the best care of him no matter whether he was in the infant or toddler room. We love all the pictures and videos we get of him all day. It’s so great hearing his teachers get excited when he does new things just like we do! You can tell they really care!

Terrible experience with backup care at this location. After confirming a reservation several weeks in advance, they canceled at 5pm the night before, leaving me without any care for my daughter. I was counting on this support. If this was a one-time exception, then I would be more understanding. However, the last time I tried to use backup care (over a year ago) they did the same exact thing. They are short-staffed and will leave you hanging at the last minute - I recommend looking elsewhere for childcare.

BH at Crown Colony is amazing! It has been under new management for the past few years, and is top notch, thanks to Heather and Nicole! We have our little one in the infant program for almost a year now and couldn’t be happier. They have done a great job with keeping covid out and keeping the children and staff safe. The staff will be getting vaccinated soon too. Our baby girl is so happy there and learns something new every day! As first time parents we didn’t know what to expect, and they helped us and continue to help us along the journey! Tori is the lead infant and regional master teacher, she is awesome, we are lucky to have her care for our child. The app is great, we get updates throughout the day with pictures and videos. We love BH!

I couldn't be happier with the staff and level of care my child has received at Bright Horizons Crown Colony. When looking for a center my wife and I looked into all the available options in the Quincy area and I'm positive we choose the best center. The staff is very friendly, professional and attuned to the children's needs.
