I will start by saying I knew nothing about car audio. Now I know a lot more. The guys at Boston Audio Design not only hooked up one hell of a speaker set up. The taught me about it.They told me to drive around for a while, listen to what I like then head on back to tune it. We'll I went back, they tuned it, and it sounds amazing.If I don't have good things to say I usually don't say anything, but when your spending a lot of money you have to be honest.These guys rock, my sound system is amazing. Anytime I have question or concerns they told me to just stop by. It's going to be a fun summer..

Convenient location across from cvs and stop & shop, Dunkin is literally 1 minute away while waiting but they are Fast and very professional. I had my tints done in less than 40 minutes.Nice waiting area and it’s very clean inside

Tinted my front two windows, having a gap between the window and the film not equally. Regarding to the owner they blame the "computer pre-cut" & not taking responsibility for the low quality work. If you guys ask to remove the tint and get a refund back, you will probably get the same answer "take me to the court" . Good luck doing business with these guys

Amber..you absolutely amazed me with your knowledge of remote starters. Mine wouldn’t work and it took you all of 10 minutes to reprogram my truck and get my remote control up and running again, I was impressed. I didn’t have to leave my truck to have it fixed..I thank you so much again Amber. What an asset you are to Boston Audio Design.?

10/10 Great experience. Had an appointment at 130 for front ceramic tint ($150 total both sides). Received a call within a few minutes asking to remove the factory tint and decals (50 total both sides). By 215 they were done. Quick, easy, cheap, no hassle. Also very friendly guy at the front desk and very professional installer took the time to double back and correct a small error he made (self disclosed). Absolutely recommend this small shop

They are the best.They helped me Removed my starter so I could go to dealer for Air bag issue and reinstalled it after. Love my car starter. Also gave my son in law one for Xmas and I git it here. They are the best.

I got my first car tinted by Boston Audio Design back in 2016. They tinted all 5 windows with precision and care. I was amazed at the work they did. I bought another brand new car and only needed the 2 front windows done. There were 2 guys who worked on the car, 1 window each.The tint did not fully cure, leaving white dots on the window both windows. I pointed it out before leaving and I was told the windows would cure after the five days. Here I am 6 months later driving a brand new car with botched tint. It’s not a good feeling. Before I decided to return to Boston Audio Design, I should have listened to the reviews, but I was so hung on the fact that they did my other car with precision and care, but failed to do it this time around.I didn’t want to write this review, but there’s no excuse why I should have left this place with less than satisfactory tint. All I got was 2 windows tinted with 2 guys working on it and they ended up doing a botched job. There’s no excuse.

Buyer BEWARE! This place is now only doing 43% tint with this Groupon. If you want 35% or darker, you basically have to pay them full price at the store and try to get a refund from Groupon. Quality of work has also gone down the drain from last time I was here. Just came in today to get my tints removed, as it is still showing bubbles (4 weeks later). I’ll be taking my business elsewhere now.

Scheduled a remote starter install. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dropped at 10 done before 1130. I would recommend to family and friends.
