Cyrus is awesome. Never worked with someone so flexible and passionate about their craft. He spent the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Wrapped in vinyl several plastic shrouds, took apart the bike, cleaned all the plastics before installing the new graphics kit, then ceramic coated everything. Price was well below the effort he actually put in. Will be back for more graphics, and detailing.

I had my car detailing here. I didn’t like the service for which I paid. Outside cleaning is good and inside they cleaned mats and dashboard. I thought they would deep clean seats so that dirt marks will be gone but it didn’t happen and when asked they were trying to escape without answering which I didn’t like. After coming home, I just used a foam liquid from Autozone and I was able to remove atleast some part of dirt marks on upholstery. Instead of paying this guys 149 for internal and external detailing, I would suggest you go for car wash for outside and do some vacuuming inside.

I had no choice but to trust them with wrapping and coating my car. They would not sell me my car unless I purchased back-end service which was a $3000 coating and wrap service. It was wrapped on 7/28, now it is 8/20, not even a month later, The wrap has already started peeling and it is obvious, they didn't pay detailed attention while they are wrapping my car. They waited 3 weeks before starting my job because they told me that they are "waiting for one of the owners which is a master specialist who does a fantastic job on the cars" while in reality, they hired someone else outside of their shop and did a crappy job in the end. They sub-contract out all of their jobs by the way. I'd strongly recommend a place where they do their own jobs.

After speaking with them on the phone I arrived and they tried to charge me more than the agreed upon price. Upon picking up my vehicle they refused to take a debit card without mentioning prior that they wanted cash or check. The job they did was pitiful. Exterior could have been done better by a child and anything on the interior that required any effort was skipped. It took them three hours and I could have done a better job myself in an hour.

Took them 6 months just to attempt to wrap my headlights and tail lights and when I got it back the guys just spray painted the front headlights.
Then afterwards just buaght new headlights factory spect btw and replaced them.
Am not happy what so ever with the service with these guys, and also to they forgot all the bolts back to my splash shield for underneath my car so when I was driving I swore to god my car was falling apart when my splash shield came almost all the way off.

This so called (buisness) where when you ask who is the boss. Is nobody knows shit , aswell as the only guy selling cars on the lot while the asians eat chinese food inside an take pictures of lambos on snapchat . Never got my car finished after 9 long months of calling showing up to this place time after time. When asking for my money back i was told in front of his whole staff that was working in the building .( go get your money back from the guy that wrapped your car ) a previous EMPLOYEE of his lmaooo Please do yourself a favor an do not go here. Unless you want your masarti or benz bmw looking like shit for summer then go ahead

got gift for two exterior details only got a overpriced car wash!!!! complained after first car came back with drying streaks all over car no door jambs , rims or tire cleaning done second car done better but still not really detailed properly . the owner said that was because it was groupon deal typical bait and switch scam stay away from this company

Would give zero stars if I could. I did not ever get my car detailed, I did not even make it that far because their customer service was atrocious. Here was my experience:
For my birthday in July, my mom got me a Groupon deal to get my car detailed with Bos Auto Detail & Wrap. When I tried to schedule an appointment online, the "schedule" tool on the company's website was not working. I tried again a couple weeks later and was able to submit for an appointment on 9/14 (the first Saturday they had available). I know the request went through this time, because I received an automated email thanking me for my submission and saying that someone from Bos Auto would call me to confirm my appointment.
I waited patiently for this call, and when I still had not received one after three weeks, I tried to call the company. The first time I called was after I got out of work at 6pm, they did not answer so I left a voicemail asking them to please call me back to confirm my appointment. I never received a call back. A week later, I called again, and left another voicemail. I did see that someone tried to call me back the next morning, but I was at work and unable to answer, and nobody left me a message saying my appointment was confirmed or that I should call them back.
Today, three days before I was supposed to bring my car in, I called the company for a third time and finally got someone on the phone. He told me that despite submitting online, I did not have an appointment because I never spoke with him to confirm. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I was speaking with the owner, Mark. I explained that, per THEIR email, he was the one that was supposed to call me after receiving my online request, and that after not hearing from him I tried to call and speak with him multiple times. I also questioned why they would have an appointment function on their website if they had no intention of honoring those appointments or even following up with the customers in a timely manner. He continued to try to blame me, and said I could come in on September 30th, his next availability, despite the fact that I made an appointment for September 14th over a month ago.
Due to this incredibly horrible customer service, I do not wish to give this company my business. I also would like to mention that I never told Bos Auto that I had a Groupon, so it is not like they were delaying my appointment because I had paid less than other customers. Thanks to Mark and his terrible attitude, I didn't even get my birthday gift; and now I have to try to fight with Groupon to get my mother's money refunded, because she was just trying to get me a gift I would enjoy.
Highly suggest you look elsewhere for your car detailing needs - save yourself the headache of dealing with this idiocy.

Beware of this place- they were offering a groupon deal and I went for it. Big mistake. First, I had to schedule 1 month in advance, then when I arrived was told that I wasn’t on the schedule. Instead of apologizing and trying to fit me in, I was told it was my fault and that I “must have given them the wrong number” because Mark (the owner) “never writes down the wrong info”. Ironically, after he said this, I watched him physically botch entering my cell number into his phone while I recited it to him from one foot away (lol). After asking me to come back in a week (not an option as I am a busy medical student and live 25 min away) I was able to convince him to take my car. Then, when he looked in, he said it would be an extra $40 for “excessive” pet hair. For reference, I had a small patch of dog hair under the driver seat...when I pressed him on this he explained that it was “in the fine print” on the groupon as if that justified it. He then proceeded to tell me that they could “leave the dog hair and work around it” if I didn’t want to pay the fee. In the same breath, I was told that because of the dog hair, my car would take “all day” to clean and wouldn’t be ready until 6pm (it was 9am when I arrived). All in all, a poor experience. Mark was not friendly or apologetic. After all of this, the end result was ok. The exterior was nice, but they missed several spots in the interior, including half of my dashboard (which honestly looked untouched). Overall, would not recommend and would not return.

These guys know their stuff! I was amazed at what an incredible job they did making sure my car looked like new- inside and out! They are courteous, honest, hard-working and worth every penny!
Will definitely be coming again!
