“I brought my car for a bad long large scratch on the rear door of the driver side. I assumed that the door has to be painted. Paul got his staff to buffed it instead and the door looks great. The nice surprise is that he did not charge me for the work.This shop has always delivered great service and quality work. They are honest and professional. Its not the autobody shops fault its the dealer and manufacturers. If your car is sitting with no parts, sue the company. End of story. My car was rear ended so hard it pushed me into another truck, brand new TLX. And it still looks brand new after they fixed it. Thanks Peter and George.”

“I had a blowout on the highway. I told the tow truck driver to take me to the closest tire shop. He ended up taking me a little farther just to come here. They saw me right away and made sure my tire was fixed. This was unannounced and day of fixed! the blowout happened at 2:30 and i was home by 5 pm. It was a really great experience! thanks guys!”

“My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee was hit on the side and needed about $7k worth of repairs. From the moment I brought the car in to the day I picked it up, Marty was my point of contact. He was extremely professional and warm in that old-school manner that I wasn’t expecting from a bigger shop. He took care of everything with the insurance company and the car was ready exactly when he said it would be. He offered me a bottle of water, coffee, a chair, and to help me with the carseat— I was by myself. The car looked good as new. My bf’s family owns a highly reputable body shop in another state and I was nervous about taking the car somewhere else (needed the work done in MA). He was impressed when he saw the repair work. Thank you- I hope I don’t have to come back but would absolutely trust them again!”
