“This is so far the best car repair shop I have found in the greater Boston area. I have Jaguar SUV and it's very difficult to find a car shop that is even willing to touch this brand. I found out about this shop on Google and decided to give it a try. Now I can say that I definitely made the right choice. Jay the owner is fantastic to work with and transparent with everything. He identified the problem right away after I brought the car in and his team was able to repair my car super fast in 2 days. He also charged very reasonably, considering this is a luxury brand. At the shop, I also saw several other luxury brands that they work on such as land rover, porsche etc.
I think this will be my future go-to shop for any car repair and maintenance.”

“My second time at sea street and they do not disappoint. My first time I got in a hit and run last May and they went above and beyond and helped me. They fixed my headlight this time which was quick and easy and I got my car back the next day. Brandon and his team are truly amazing and I can tell my car even comes back shiny and clean after ?. I'm sure I'll be back as people are always hitting me lol!”

“Gerry is a great guy and his team are excellent. 100 percent recommend and would go back again if need be. While my car had a few additional problems after the initial repair (it went in for extensive front end damage), Gerry had no problem taking an additional look at it and fixing whatever the problem was after the fact. “I brought my car for a bad long large scratch on the rear door of the driver side. I assumed that the door has to be painted. Paul got his staff to buffed it instead and the door looks great. The nice surprise is that he did not charge me for the work.This shop has always delivered great service and quality work. They are honest and professional. They will only do what is needed and necessary for the car.I highly recommend Paul's Auto body.”

After my less-than-a-year-old SUV was rear-ended, I was concerned it would never look the same due to the significant damages. To my surprise, they not only restored it to a like-new state but also adhered to the original timelines, despite the busy holiday season.

“I dont typically write reviews.. but after sitting in the waiting area and watching and listening to the team here working with each other, and customers I have to say I was super impressed. most specifically, the manager Angel... he was super friendly, accommodating and professional.... I had the chance to watch him coach and manage his team, deal with walk ins, phone calls with seemingly difficult situations... he demeanor and approach was very impressive. I own my own business.. it too is a service business... so when im out and about im always assessing service experiences.
