Had my rear shocks, timing belt and water pumped replaced along with a little welding on a tear in my exhaust. I was shocked on the final price as it was way under what I was quoted from the dealer. The team at Bob’s were professional and knowledgeable. Great work and service. Highly recommend

Have serviced my vehicle a few times. Courteous, prompted and very reasonable. Everyone is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend getting their winter undercarriage protection spray. A must for New England salty roads. They do a very thorough job. Highly recommend.

I started going too bobs about 25 years ago and still going there . Every time i brought my vehicleI was treated with honesty and alwaysGot my vehicle backWith all the the done to my satisfactionNever had to go back because the work was always done right the first.The owner bob is very polite and always listen to youAnd never does he try to sell you some work you dont needHes very honestAnd if i was a ladyI would feel comfortable with him. There are a lot of shops out thereWhen they see a lady come thru the front door they thinkThey could take advantage of in performing work that you dont needI would give bobs automotive a A+In service

Cannot say enough good things about this shop! They were able to take my CR-V in quicky and checked all the leaks and issues out. They gave me a full run down of my car explaining everything and helped me out with all the concerns I had. They offered solutions and were able to get me back on the road in no time. Extremely fair prices. Super honest and trustworthy mechanics! They also recommended me to a body shop to fix a big, rusted patch and it worked out great! Thanks so much I appreciate everything! Highly recommend this shop!

After hearing of Bobs through word of mouth; I took my brand new car to him instead of the dealership for routine maintenance, and was so happy with the service I used Bobs for my track maintenance and upgrades. Couldn't be happier with the folks at Bobs. Pricing was very fair and the turn around times couldn't be better.

Every time I have ever reached out to Bob’s auto they have gotten back to me in just a couple minutes, they always get my car fixed faster than expected and they do very thorough, great work. The owners of this shop are amazing and have treated me like family since the first time meeting them. I would recommend this shop to anyone. The owners are great people, best customer service, and the work is more than professional. Best auto shop in New England if you ask me!

I heard about this shop through word of mouth, and I’m impressed at the mechanic finding the problem and fixing it the day of, I can’t fathom how much this shop saved me from paying thousands more from other shops who gave me their quote and how long it would take to get it fixed.
