the number listed for this store will not let a call go through and repeatedly states the line is busy. however, if you made an online purchase, you can reach staff on their website through their message portal -- they are very responsive. online orders are a separate department from their retail store. special thanks to Molly, Karen, and Catrina for helping with my past order.

I ordered a basketball online on November third and just got it in the mail today. The whole process was slow, and to make it worse the ball arrived in a plastic bag deflated. I was not happy with my experience. Customer service on the phone is lazy and u professional as they didn’t want to go downstairs to follow up with the status of my order.

I called them (in Quincy) last week to ask for Wilson pro staff 97L tennis racket and I got a very rude response. I had to explain them multiple times about the racket which is fine but the response from the support was rude saying he does not know about Wilson rackets and he asked me to call in the afternoon when their manager mike arrives. So, I did call around 2:30 and the same guy responded, told me that he is mike, who is the manager. This time he noted down the features and cut the call. I forgot to mention that he has cut the call multiple times before the afternoon call.

They literally helped me outfit my son entirely for football. We didn't have a single piece of equipment. They were amazing! The owner was super nice and exactly like my own grandfather. You can tell he knows what he is talking about. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for anything to do with sports. Also the other guys behind the counter were super hysterical. Felt like I was shopping at my own family's sporting goods store.

I have been going here for years. It's the best place you can go for any sporting equipment on the east coast. They are always willing to help and never had any trouble when I needed to return something if I got the wrong size. Just yesterday I brought my son in to get fitted for baseball. I was $30 short on the price and instead of having me put the bat back, the gentleman at the counter told me not to worry about it. I have never received such amazing customer service. You can truly feel the 'mom n pop' attitude in the store. I highly recommend it

This store has lots to offer for all sports at all levels. Prices are good. Very convenient to have everything you need in one spot. They even have screen printing in the back for custom t shirts and/or uniforms. Don't bother with big box stores like dicks, support your local small business and get better service and great deals.

just tried calling to get prices on baseball gloves for our son. whe he asked the person on the phone about prices he was told "they're on the other side of the store, imI not going to check" really horrible custoemr service. illI now drove 30 mins away to different store rather then give by business too people who can't be bothered to do their time.

I have worked with Beacon Sports for my entire career as an athletic director (32 years). They are exceptional! Prices are always more than fair and they care. This is a business with a heart. Just yesterday, I walked in to visit and buy a basketball for a homeless child. Without hesitation, Frank donated the ball! And, the young gal receiving it was overjoyed. Bobby and Jon will take care of your teams and do so with flexibility and savvy.

Never had a problem shopping here. I recently visited to order team uniforms and was impressed to see that they have expanded. They have everything you need and at great prices.
