Horrible experience. Went in to withdraw funds and close the account because I was reorganizing my finances and they told me I had to wait an hour. The process takes less then 5 minutes. Any chance of me reopening my BOA account in the future died today.

Whenever I go into the bank at 440 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA I am always greeted so pleasantly. I love seeing everyone there. They all smile and so personable. They are so knowledgeable. Always an enjoyable experience.

Bank of America is a pretty good bank, but the staff there are not well trained. I opened two corporate accounts at 440 Hancock st. The first one was opened by a boy who helped me. Very satisfied with the first time! The second time was when Jessie Liang helped me open an account. The process of opening an account went like this and then that. In the end, the credit card was opened incorrectly, the check was not sent correctly, and finally there was no way to pay even the company's online payment. In the past, it took time to speak! I admit it! I made two appointments with no results! The male manager in front was even more of a decoration. The employee has no idea how to operate the request! I don’t know how he became a manager! What a disappointment this time with the banking staff! Why not train your employees before they start working! What is the front office manager used for? I doubt his ability!

BOA has become just awful. Called about 6 banks this am and could not talk to a single person. Only needed to ask one very specific questions. Went online and there was no availability. I am going to close my accounts because they never revamped after covid. BOA sucks

Went to open business account with ein that had previously used on my old business with the letter from irs stating that ein was transferred to new business name but they said they can’t open new business or change the name on the old business and I have to get new ein number. Asked them to contact the corporate office for solution they refused and offered no help. I guess bank of america doesn’t want my business I’ll go somewhere else

Terrible customer service. My mom requested safe deposit service; the teller checked her ID and account and then told her to wait. There were customers waiting in line so my mom sat down across from the teller and waited for about 15 minutes. However, once the teller finished helping other customers, she got up with her thermos mug, walked pass my mom and went straight into the break room, COMPLETELY IGNORING MY MOM. Mom had to ask another teller for help and waited another couple minutes for the manager to let her access the safe deposit. Totally rude and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Very friendly staff and very nice people. Good sense of humor, helped me when I was carrying a big bag of wrapped coins to change and even gave me water and asked me to sit and take a break because of how heavy the bag was. Very professional and friendly staff. Favorite bank right now!!

Kind and respectful staff, I come here for personal and business needs and if there are any issues they let me know and help as much as they can. Yes, sometimes the lines are long but the staff is always working as hard as they can. Parking lot available and street parking as well. Convenient location.
