“I’ve brought my car to Donovan Brothers a couple times now and haven’t been disappointed. They are kind and honest with you, and will tell you if you actually need services done to your car.
I had gotten my oil changed at another vendor and they told me I needed to replace my brake pads and rotors. I thought this was strange because I had changed them two years ago (and don’t drive too often), but they were adamant that it needed to be replaced. I wanted to think on this and brought it to Donovan Brothers for a second opinion. Peter told me that the brakes were fine and it should probably be replaced in the spring. I’m thankful for his honesty and not spending money on something I didn’t need done.
I’m going to use Donovan Brothers for all my car servicing needs from now on and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a car mechanic.”

“This is so far the best car repair shop I have found in the greater Boston area. I have Jaguar SUV and it's very difficult to find a car shop that is even willing to touch this brand. I found out about this shop on Google and decided to give it a try. Now I can say that I definitely made the right choice. Jay the owner is fantastic to work with and transparent with everything. He identified the problem right away after I brought the car in and his team was able to repair my car super fast in 2 days. He also charged very reasonably, considering this is a luxury brand. At the shop, I also saw several other luxury brands that they work on such as land rover, porsche etc.
I think this will be my future go-to shop for any car repair and maintenance.”

You can tell they have experience handling high performance wheels. I will admit that I was skeptical of coming here due to bad experiences at other performance/tire shop. “I just have to say thank you! I was driving around after dark the other evening trying to get the tire pressure in my X5 right to get the alarms to go off on my dash. Drove to a gas station that didn't have an air pressure measure wound up pumping too much air in the wrong tire, I was a mess. Was driving around and saw this place had an air pump so pulled in. Sam and one of his mechanics saw me trying to let air out of my tire. They were like mam the air thing isn't on lol! I said I know! They were so kind. Took out their digital air pressure measure, just very kind. They didn't have to help me but did. They got the alarm off, tpm reset and didn't charge me for anything. I didn't know how else to say thank you other than to give him some fresh fries I had picked up at KFC across the street. Again thank you guys for being so helpful. Highly recommend this shop, guys are honest and do good work. I drive a white BMW X5 which they specialize in.”

“David saved my 2012 F25 that was giving a nondescript transmission issue and was super transparent in everything him and his team did to get my SUV up and running properly again. He makes sure to source the right (and not always the cheapest) parts that balances price and reliability. His team was super thorough in their work, even going above and beyond when they do see a surrounding issue (in my case, I had a valve cover replacement and there were a bunch of RTV and epoxy gunk leftover by shoddy, hacky fixes from the previous owner).
I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Foreign for any future BMW work with their level of expertise in the brand and level of professionalism. David made sure to explain everything in layman's terms when I wasn't familiar with something that was going on with the car and was generous enough to talk shop with me on some other unrelated issues going on in the car that wasn't part of the work order. Hands down the best BMW shop experience I've had in my 9 years ownership of various BMWs!”
