If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is a terrible place and the customer service is horrible. Over the course of 3 years I have had numerous insurance issues. Aspen dental gives an estimate of how much my insurance should pay out and twice they were unable to get the second portion of insurance payments “due to how my insurance works.” On the other hand, my insurance claims that it is how the office staff enters the “code,” making Aspen dental unable to get their pay out. Each case has taken over a year to finally resolve and it is ridiculous. Aspen dental never takes any fault for their actions and it is always either me, the customer or insurances problems. Most recently they wouldn’t reschedule my appointment anymore because I was unable to make the same appointment a few times. I have been having health issues for the past few months making me unable to come in and I was never given prior warning that there is a certain number of times that an appointment can be rescheduled. I honestly believe that because I have had insurance issues in the past, the office staff may be purposely giving me a hard time. It is unfair for the mistreatment I’ve received from this place and I hope no one has to go through what I did here again and to avoid this place at all costs.

Avoid this place at all costs! They fail to provide basic services that are typically covered by insurance for new customers and their “upsell” scheme and billing is predatory. Go to any other local dentist in Quincy or the surrounding area and you’ll be far better off.

The customer service was outstanding! I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled and it was quick. Surgeon and assistant were very thorough. Will choose Aspen for future appointments!

Aspen's dental team is great. They are professional and have done great work.Their billing and office teams are lackluster. They won't itemize procedures, only quoting a cost for a "Total Treatment Plan" then hand writing inaccurate estimates for out of pocket costs in the margins. Also I get that they are all independently operated, but not having a central online portal for account and service management in the 21st century is wild for a billion dollar company.Oh and then there's the matter of the large refund they owe me that they've been holding on to for several weeks AFTER I connected them with my insurance and proof of claim processing...

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. It sure beats the heck out of the lower priced dental clinics I have been to during my lifetime.The staff at Aspen Dental were professional but very caring. They did everything they could to help me in paying for my replacement dentures, which I sorely needed.Thank you, Aspen Dental.

I just went to Newport Avenue Aspen Dental in Quincy. I booked an appointment for a new customer. We arrived early. Surprise! We do not accept your insurance. But your website says you do? Yes but not for new customers!! We gave you our insurance details when you booked our appointment?? False Advertisement!! Waste of customers time. Careless!!

I recently chipped my front tooth, and needed it repaired and filled. I was able to get an appointment the next day and the dentist did a great job, she fixed my teeth and made them look better than previous, the treatment was so fast an almost painless. I highly recommend the Quincy Aspen office great folks.

My mom had an infection 2 days after her tooth was pulled. So we had to walk in and see a dentist. The front desk said it was 30 to an hour wait. I waited for 1 hrs and 30 minutes. When she saw a doctor, it was about 10 mins procedure with cleaning solution and prescription medication. Some of the doctors, while we were waiting, were just chit chatting. They could have seen my mom!
