I purchased a 20 oz coke from here just a couple hours ago. I got home only to realize it had been open somehow, and then put back on the shelf. Unbelievable. I then called customer service and that was no help. This is a health hazard. I will be in contact with 7-11 corporate next week to figure out a proper response/resolution. Unbelievable for sure.

I gave the cashier 2 5 dollar bills and 5 1 dollar bill for some chicken and a bottle of coke. The cashier didn’t count well and just took 5 dollar from me. And when I ask for the money the cashier refuse to double check. Very disappointed in the service and accountability. Will not be going back.

They're just so rude. I live one street away and literally drive across town to a different 711 because of how abismal the service is. This establishment needs an attitude adjustment.

the employee that works in this location during late AM hours is just embarrassing and an epic fail in my book...i've been going to this location for the past 3-4 months about twice or maybe three times a week because i want to add funds into my cashapp, at first the employee says the register/computer scanner doesnt work to scan cashapp barcode to deposit, that was 2 months ago. then the same employee says he's new and not "authorized" to handle the cashapp deposit after these 2 months...like bruh...all he's gotta do is scan a barcode and count cash...it's literally not that hard at all (99% sure it's a convenient store's clerk's job to do this...) I don't see hows he's still new after 4 months working there...also this 711 location is a location that can be used as a hub to deposit cashapp funds, also shows in cashapp's app to do so.....jesus, i hope the owner of the store reads this.

10 cents for a bag is absolutely insane, what kind of business is this? I've never been to a 7-11 and had to pay for a bag after literally spending 20 dollars.

After spending $64 in the store I was denied a bag to put my purchased items in. Instead he told me if I wanted a bag I would have to pay an additional $.10 for it. for starters I had just walked 10 minutes in freezing cold weather which is besides the point but now how am I supposed to walk all the way back with all the stuff I just purchased and no bag. I am a very loyal 7-Eleven rewards member and the truth is I have spent thousands at various 7-Eleven's So for him to deny me a bag to walk home with after spending this much money I think it's completely unethical and it's wrong. I have never complained about the extremely high prices I am constantly paying at 7-Eleven nor have I about anything else but this really bothered me a lot I am beyond angry and this just left a bad taste in my mouth it's just not a good look for 7/11. If I could leave no stars I would this 7/11 which I am new to also happens to look very dingy with flies on the pastries inside the cabinet and trash on the floor I would be completely embarrassed if this was my store. If I ever happen to own a store one day I would make sure it didn't look like that , very sad. I'll make the switch to Cumberland farms you can keep my Reward points.

This store has smelled like sour milk for over a month. I’d strongly recommend not consuming anything that isn’t prepackaged from this store.

It's the most revolting 7/11 I have even been in, most staff are horrible beings with the exception of the guy who works days. It smells like puke and it's difficult to be in longer than 3/4 mins ,unsure if anything has ever been cleaned and people order food there.

The lady that works most days is the most rude person I have ever met when doing business, The machines are always down and is most of the time cash only. DO NOT DO THERE

The store was plentiful, but the other side of that is the store was not handicap friendly. The staff was very helpful in lieu of me being able to navigate the store.

Most of the employees are very friendly, but there's one that is always rude and snapping at people. I'm a regular here since it's the closest to my neighborhood, so I usually ignore it. Today I went in with a migraine to get some water and gatorade and I walked by one of the employees. When I went to one of the aisles I heard him loudly and passive aggressively say, "Wow if you walk by someone you say excuse me!". I have no patience for immature passive aggressive behavior so I left. As I was leaving he was like "I didn't think you'd take it personally". I understand retail is stressful, I worked retail for a long time, but being passive aggressive is no way to treat someone. I didn't even walk close enough to him to have a chance of bumping into him, it honestly just felt like he was trying to pick a fight with me, as I have seen him do with other customers. Having a migraine already didn't help, and I probably would have ignored him today had I been feeling better.
