I can’t say enough good things about Hillary and her team. I was looking for an apartment and had a number of specific needs. Hillary and her team helped me find the right fit that would give me flexibility for once they helped me buy a house. I was a first time home buyer in 2021, it was a very competitive market for buyers and the support from Hillary and the rest of the 3A team was paramount to my success in purchasing a home. They listened to what I wanted, were transparent to set realistic expectations and came up with creative bids that made my offers more attractive. There were some unforeseen obstacles from the sellers side, but Hillary worked diligently with my mortgage broker and attorney to ensure everything from our side was correct and timely to prevent any delays in closing. I intend to work with 3A Realty Group in the future and have recommended them to my friends and family.

Hillary took the time to provide us with the education we needed to make decisions that made the most sense for our goals, with an approach that was never pushy, but always honest. My roommates and I were searching in the Quincy area for a place, and Gary was so supportive and accommodating every step of the way. Even after we got the place, he checked in to make sure everything was squared away throughout the whole process and was incredibly responsive.
