Made a reservation here, paid a huge deposit. Cancelled more than thirty days before reservation. Rules say I would have to pay 100 fee. The clerk (after not returning emails or answering the phone/returning voicemails for a full week), insisted I pay a nights stay as a fee instead and then yelled at me and hung up on me when I refused. Who does business like this? Insane. Rude. Unprofessional. Illegal. Be warned.

Honestly could not have had a better experience at this hotel! We only stayed for one night, but it was just about as perfect as it could get. Our room was clean and comfortable, the AC was top-notch, and the location was perfect. Only about a 10 minute walk from the ferry!
Being on Commercial Street, we were initially a little concerned about it being loud, but because Pilgrim House is set a little further back, it was nice and quiet. The volume change between the street and the lobby is wild; it gets noticeably quieter the closer you get to the lobby.
The staff was also gracious enough to let us leave our bags there prior to check-in and after check-out so we didn't have to drag them around town with us the whole day. Also, the price of the room was very reasonable.
Overall, highly, highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back in the future!! Thank you, Pilgrim House!

Although we have stayed in the past and had a great visit, they had no availability this time. We did try their new Thai restaurant and enjoyed it very much. We sat at the bar as there were no tables available and I must say the our bartender Jose was wonderful! Although the restaurant was packed he made certain that we were served attentively. Our food was on time, our drinks were never empty and he even made some time to visit. He made out visit the best.
Food & drinks: Food and drinks were wonderful.

Pilgrim house is very well located, clean and the staff was so friendly! Came with some family and stayed in the two bedroom suite which was just perfect to give us some extra space. The ac worked great the room was clean and the staff was there for whatever we needed. Make sure to see their shows and try their restraints and lounges! Jose down at the bar was so accommodating and always kept us hydrated!

First time to visit Provincetown. Decided to attend a show June 8,9,10th. Don't recall. The show was hosted by two drag queens. Various random acts so- so entertaining. However, the hosts bantering back and forth about ring worm just about ruined the show. My husband and I left about 1/2 way through the show. That's an hour and a half of my life I will never get back. Wow. I had high hopes for the show. Oddly disappointed.
Noteworthy details: not applicable. just attended a show

Went to see a show.
Would of seen more, but $50/show that only lasts 45 minutes isn't worth it!

Fantastic hotel experience, it felt like they had been just waiting there all this time for us to arrive. Everybody that we met who worked there clearly both enjoyed and respected the work they do. We had the pleasure of interacting most with Richie and Ken at the front desk and they were so kind, helpful, and very diligent about guest safety. We saw some fun shows (the hilarious and creative Miss Richfield 1981 and Miss Conception) and a much appreciated brunch after a long weekend. The location can't be beat but somehow the rooms were peaceful and quiet, even with some loud fun outside. The parking situation was a dream.
Walkability: 100/10, everything you could need is easily walkable.

I have a pleasant impression of my previous stay in August. It was nice and safe to stay at the Pilgrim Hotel.
There is a comment about cosmetics in the bathroom, the soap, shampoo, shower gel for one person when there were two of us in the room. Plus it's noisy in the room during the show.
Also the staff did not fulfill the small request that I had asked for earlier by email. (leave a birthday card:)

We recently stayed in one of their upgraded Staterooms. It was very well appointed, with soft and comfortable bedding. The location is perfect! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will be recommending this Inn to friends and we will return.

This review is specifically for the Royal Thai Restaurant, which is hands down the best food in Provincetown right now. Every dish is excellent. Do not order with DoorDash, it is a fake listing, if you want take out just go in and make an order. Vegetarian/Vegan friendly.
