Our family LOVES Michael’s Custom Jewelers of Cape Cod! Michael’s is the only jeweler we purchase our Cape Cod bracelets from.The quality of product, and service are always excellent.
We recently saw Michael in Provincetown. He is everything and more that you would want from a jeweler. In case you haven’t been, Michaels Ptown store is wonderful and has so many gorgeous and truly unique pieces. While there, Michael told us he just opened a new store in Chatham. We believe Chatham is soon going to wonder how they ever lived without Michael’s Custom Jewelers of Cape Cod!

I came in with the goal of finding a nice pair of emerald earrings, and I found the perfect pair. The person who helped me was really kind and let me know about the best deals. I was shown a pair of emerald and diamond studs on a white gold base. They came at a good price too. Michaels is one of the jewelry stores with employees and shop owners who know a thing or two about what they're selling. I came to another shop and asked about emerald earrings and they pointed to a pair of earrings that weren't emerald. I even knew that. I trusted that the person helping me could identify the stones in each piece and that I was getting the genuine article. I really appreciated my experience, and I believe I might come back for something else. Maybe I'll have my eye on something with Ruby? Who knows.

Michael at Michael’s Custom Jewelers in Providence Massachusetts is an excellent jeweler. He listens carefully to customers’ preferences and offers many options in designing jewelry. He worked within the timeframe promised and his follow up communication has been excellent. Highly recommend.

I was in a jam with my 30th wedding anniversary coming up. I called Michael, responded right away. Said he could have the ring made by Friday and I would have it Tues. at the latest. Sure enough! his work was beautiful! My Husband loves his New wedding ring. I can’t recommend Michael’s Jewelers enough, I will use again! Thank you so much!

I bought 2 wedding bands from Michael back in 2012 they’re both supposed to be 18k gold. I had it test it yesterday (7/2023) for resale Guess what? One is 18kg gold the other one is not. He used another metal. I paid thousands of dollars thinking I was getting quality and I was ripped off by this man. Don’t buy here…

Really outstanding experience from a web purchase. I bought a necklace over the web from Michael's. It arrived very quickly and is a really nice piece, exactly as described. The owner followed up very quickly to a note I had included in the purchase. Really appreciated the extra effort & communication they made.

Thank you Michael and the young lady who helped my Granddaughters find some great jewelry at very reasonable prices. We had a return from last year's visit and Michael s said if ir wasn't worn that he would exchange it for us. We visit the Cape yearly and have been coming to the store every visit. As a business owner I value the great customer service that we received. Thanks again customers for life!!

Best local jeweler around. I have bought all of my cape cod jewelry from michaels. It’s all held up the years and I keep coming back. Also great owners who always get back to you in a timely manner and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend. I now personally own 13 cape cod bracelets from michaels and I wear them constantly. definitely worth it. 100% recommend.

I had lost my wedding ring a while back, but have been unable to find a new one that I love, until we found Michael's. Michael and his staff took great care of us. He showed us many pieces that he created, and each one was a beautiful piece that I would be proud to wear. He offered custom options too, and I ultimately chose this one. The piece is incredibly well made, and he doesn't skimp on materials. The stones are all perfect, and the ring carries a good weight. I couldn't be happier with my experience, from browsing, purchasing and pickup. He is also happy to ship, but we enjoy a nice trip to P-Town!
