“Wife and I love this place. We visit every year for over a decade and have collected an insect mount every year for a growing wall in our living room. Very cool guy. Love his display of each delicate piece. Offered to remount a centipede for us last year when we mentioned it came loose in transit. We brought it up and he took care of it for us this time around no problem. Interesting place for the curiously creepy people out there. Highly recommend!”

“Last week, I left a not-so-complimentary review of this business because of an order that did not arrive. Apparently, the package was stolen after delivery from my daughter's porch. After several cycles of messages and contacting the BBB, the owner of the shop generously replaced my original order with an upgrade item. While that was not necessary, it was very kind and generous. My only remaining issue is that the customer needs to have a verified tracking number for the purchased item(s) sent immediately upon shipping. I my case, that would have circumvented a lot of hassle. I chose to order from The Shell Shop because I had shopped there personally years ago and was satisfied with their products and their quality. Thanks again to the store for its resolution of an unfortunate situation.”
