I had the greatest time and the best experience at this hotel. It was so clean. The staff was excellent. I definitely recommend and would go there again. You go gifford house.

It doesn't get more Provincetown than Gifford House. Perfectly located both central and off of the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street. The inn is historic and charming, yet the rooms are updated and very comfortable. And Porch Bar, the best place in town for a drink, is right on the property. Staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

This is an amazing hotel! Hannah was unbelievably helpful and kind. Our group enjoyed talking with her every day throughout our stay and she was ready to help at any given moment. She was incredibly knowledgable about the hotel and the area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is also SO close to Commercial street and a quick walk from all of the best stores, restaurants, or bars. They had wonderful themed options for the weekend, and there was always something fun going on that kept us engaged. The staff throughout the hotel were all incredible and willing to accommodate any need. If you're a fan of nightlife, it is right at your doorstep with a busy porch bar and a club downstairs, all surrounded by acceptance and good vibes. We will be coming to the Gifford House Inn every time we visit Provincetown!

This hotel was AMAZING! Hannah was so welcoming and helped us bring our luggage to our rooms the second we checked in, our group had so much fun interacting with her and she was so helpful and truly embodies exemplary customer service with her kindness! The staff repsponds to any requests or needs at a very fast pace and you can truly tell how much they love and care about this hotel and their customers experience. Our rooms had a gorgeous view of the water and were immaculate, air conditioned, spacious, incredibly comfortable, and had a very historical charm to them! We had an abundance of towels and shower materials provided. The mini fridges were stocked with beverages. The house itself is beautiful and any history lover would be in awe! The porch and patio was our groups favorite part and the nightlife was right at our doorstep! Incredible location within walking distance of everything and the staff made our trip that much better! It is an amazing sense of community, celebration, and an effervescent atmosphere! You truly feel at home and so relaxed we will only be staying at Gifford House for our annual trip to Ptown! We can’t wait to come back!

Booked a staycation with a friend, and Gifford House was beyond perfect! What Steve, Hannah and the whole team are doing is incredible and the complex really feels like the heart of the town this season. We stayed in the newly renovated Annex Building and our room was great - sexy, understated with great views of the town and water. The location can't be beat, and it feels so Ptown - personal, queer, artistic, not a corporate touch in sight. Highly recommend!
Walkability: Best location in town.
Food & drinks: Porch Bar is one of the best spots in town.

Check in, was chefs kiss. So friendly and welcoming. Seriously if felt like I was coming over to my friend or a relatives house. She walked us up to our room, even gave a quick tour and allowed us to ask a few questions.
It was pretty nice.
Any thing we needed ( Ice, towels....) all were not only accommodated but done so timely.
We also met the owner who have gave a little history of the Gifford house ( I'm history nerd) so I was very fascinated.
Overall amazing place and stay !!
Rooms: So quaint and homey. My husband and I adored our room. It had a boutique style charm with modern touches. And we had a cool view.
Walkability: Everything is close ( within a 10 minute walk)
Food & drinks: Food is within minutes and the selections in PTown are pretty vast. Especially if you are a foodie and love seafood. The staff can easily recommend their faces.

Loved our stay at the Gifford House. Very adorable interiors, incredibly comfortable beds and clean rooms. But above all, the staff were so helpful and attentive. Fully recommend staying here if you can!

Truly the perfect p town accommodation- the location could not be better with easy access to all the best restaurants and night life. Our annex room was spacious with great views, great service from all hotel employees, and the check in time of 2 pm is really great compared to most other places in town. Plus free purgatory admission nightly!

This was my first vacation out in ptown for the fascination event and the Gifford house absolutely blew my mind. Hannah who worked at the front counter was super friendly and very accommodating. Hannah made me and my fiancée feel so welcomed. On top of that our room was perfect. If you’re looking for something small and cozy then the Gifford house is for you! The cleaning ladies did an amazing job maintaining our room! On top of that the art work in the building was beautiful and the price for 3 nights was affordable! The best part is down the hill is the town! So it was very easy to get around and shop. When the Gifford house hosted the main event for Fascination I was so impressed of the basement club and how much room there was and how POPPIN the music was. Gifford house was truly amazing and I seriously will not forget this experience. I will definitely be coming to the Gifford house more often anytime i vacation in ptown. ?

Clean and upgraded room, rustic, comforting atmosphere, super friendly and accommodating staff, short walk to downtown Commercial St. New ownership is investing in their business. Highly recommended!

I am staying here for the weekend in the off-season and it's simply perfect! I love the aesthetic, staff, and entire experience. It's been great getting out of the city and chilling at a beautiful but comofortable place.
