Stayed 6 nights the week of the 4th for $530/night including tax. Queen room on 3rd floor with shared balcony street view.
Perfect location.
Good size room.
Clean.
Comfortable bed.
Decent continental breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Very little street noise but you’ll hear other guests if they are on their balconies late, but it’s PTown.
Adorable Labrador!
A few well used edges but would stay again without hesitation.

Picked this place for the view. Third story balcony is breathtaking! Worth lugging your luggage up two flights of narrow stairs. The gentlemen were nice who served us. The bed was so high off the ground, my husband had to hoist me up (I'm 5'6"). Breakfast was kinda lame. Go get coffee across the street. I'd go back just for the

We LOVED staying here! Perfect location, everyone was super nice. We went here for our anniversary and even tho they couldn't food related surprises they were able to get a bottle of champagne to surprise my wife. After the first night they had to move our room because if shower issues (not their fault) and we took it as an upgrade!! Excellent view of the water, wicked cute whirlpool tub right in the room and the ambiance of feeling like you are on a ship! It was worth every penny! I woukd definitely go back here.

Fabulous Hotel on Commercial St, in the heart of Provincetown. Quiet, great service, incredible views of the bay from balcony rooms.

We are flight attendants so we travel a lot and stay at many hotels. From the moment I contacted this guest house (Chris and the rest of the staff ) they’ve been nothing less then amazing! The level of service and kindness is beyond words.Location right in the center of everything.The room was clean and very comfortable.Definitely worth the pay, we will be back next year ?

Amazing views of the ocean from our room. The staff was very helpful and down to earth. Very friendly place. Easy, quick walk to all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants.
